Alana "Honey Boo Boo Child" Thompson filmed Dr. Drew's Lifechangers with where she performed her famous Toddlers & Tiaras 'Daisy Duke' routine — and RadarOnline.com has the video!
Alana's mother June Shannon can be seen in the audience guiding her middrift-baring-daisy-duke-wearing daughter along in her routine.
After the performance Dr. Drew Pinsky had a special surprise for the six-year-old, crowning her "Lifechanger's Grand Supreme."

Dr. Drew Pinsky welcomed Toddlers & Tiaras star Alana Thompson on his hit CW show and RadarOnline.com has an exclusive sneak peek of the good doctor sipping on her infamous "go-go juice."
Nicknamed Honey Boo Boo, the six-year-old pageant contestant chugs a mixture of Mountain Dew and Redbull given to her by her mother June before she hits the kiddie catwalk.

"I would like to try some," Dr. Drew says.
"It tastes like apple juice!" Alana responds. "Drink the whole bottle!"

Maria Menounos makes a very personal statement on Thursday’s edition of Dr. Drew's Lifechangers, as the 33-year-old Extra correspondent says she’s going to take a different path to parenthood while she’s busy with her career.
“I'm 33 and I decided that I know that I have a couple of years of work I want to get to and then do it,” she said. “I figured this is kind of an insurance policy. To a degree. To protect myself, from when I want to do it when I'm older."
