San Diego Sheriff Bill Gore says the results of a second autopsy on Rebecca Zahau -- initiated by Dr. Phil McGraw, and broadcast on Tuesday -- revealed nothing new, calling the episode "nothing more than sensationalism at its lowest point.”

Following Tuesday’s program, which featured forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht giving medical results and theories on Zahau, who was exhumed for a second autopsy in the wake of her mysterious death, Gore said, "The family is only enduring more suffering from this insensitivity.”

The death occurred just days after Shacknai’s 6-year-old son Max had a fatal accident in the home while under Zahau's care.

A top pathologist has slammed the ruling of suicide in the death of Rebecca Zahau, and stated that he is leaning strongly towards the cause of death being homicide.

Dr. Phil McGraw pledged to help get to the bottom of Zahau's mysterious death at her billionaire boyfriend's San Diego mansion by exhuming her body and performing a second autopsy — he aired the results of the examination on Tuesday, and RadarOnline.com has footage of the latest developments.

Rebecca's tragic death was ruled a suicide after her naked body was found hanged with her hands and feet bound, at her billionaire boyfriend Jonah Shacknai's historic Spreckles mansion in San Diego.

The death occurred just days after Jonah’s six-year-old son Max had an accident in the home, while under Rebecca’s care, that turned out to be fatal.

The ruling by San Diego County officials that Rebecca Zahau committed suicide last month has now been called into question by Dr.Cyril Wecht.

The famed pathologist -- who has consulted on many high profile cases including the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the drug overdose of Elvis Presley and the O.J. Simpson murders -- analyzed the official autopsy report and found numerous inconsistencies with a death of suicide by hanging.

"She has subgaleal hemorrhages; those are hemorrhages on the undersurface of the scalp. I see no reason why she should have those." Dr. Wecht told KFMB-TV. "You get those when your head strikes something or is struck by something."

On July 13, Zachau was found nude and bound, hanging from outside the Coronado, Calif. mansion she shared with her multimillionaire boyfriend Jonah Shacknai and his six-year-old son, Max.

Max was critically injured in a fall inside the house on July 11.  As RadarOnline.com previously reported, officials theorized that Zachau was distraught over the accident and took her own life.  Tragically, the boy died on July 16.

The Medical Examiner did not explain, however, why she had a mysterious tape residue on her legs or a gag in her mouth.

Her family is convinced the woman did not take her own life, and they now have Wecht's findings to help bolster their belief.

"Even if (her) scalp hit bushes, that kind of impact would not produce subgaleal hemorrhage," Wecht said. "We're talking about contusions on the top of the head. So, even as the body is falling down – let's say there are branches – how do you get bruises on the top of the head as the body is falling vertically downward?"
