Michael Jackson’s family knew he had a problem with drugs and they tried to intervene, sister Janet Jackson said Wednesday on ABC’s Good Morning America.

The Miss You Much singer said that her and others in the Jackson family tree tried to reach out to the late King of Pop on many occasions to confront him about the drug use, but all the warnings fell upon deaf ears.

One of Dr. Conrad Murray's many legal woes has been laid to rest. Michael Jackson's former doctor was in a Vegas court Monday to resolve an outstanding child support issue.

Conrad Murray Hires New Attorney In Fight With Baby Mama

Murray owed back support of $13,311 to Menita Malibiran for their 10-year-old year son, and he was let off the hook by his baby's mama. Malibiran agreed to waiver the outstanding debt provided she gets $1,003 a month in support from now on.

Murray Given Nine Days To Face Judge - Or Else

This is sure to come as a relief for the troubled doctor, who has claimed that he is suffering serious financial troubles since the death of Michael Jackson.

Michael Jackson Died From Propofol

Meanwhile, Murray is still under investigation in connection with the death of Jackson , who died of cardiac arrest June 25 in Los Angeles.

Murray was Jackson's personal physician and has admitted administering the powerful anesthetic Propofol to him to help him sleep.

Murray has not yet been charged with any wrongdoing in connection with Jackson's death.

Janet Jackson said Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's live-in doctor at the time of his death, is responsible for the demise of her brother, and should no longer be permitted to practice medicine.

UPDATE: Dr. Conrad Murray has arrived at the Las Vegas Courthouse.

Michael Jackson's live-in doctor at the time of his death, Dr. Conrad Murray, is expected to appear in a Las Vegas courtroom at 11:30 a.m. PST Monday for a child support hearing.

A source tells RadarOnline.com that cameras will be allowed inside the court hearing Monday, unless a new judge, recently assigned to the case, reverses that earlier order.

Larry King spoke live with Jermaine, Tito, Marlon and Jackie Jackson about their late brother's new film, This Is It, at the film's Tuesday night Los Angeles premiere, and asked them about the family's internal turmoil over the film's release.

LaToya Jackson has said many Jackson family members are boycotting the film because Michael wouldn't have wanted his rehearsal footage released publicly.  Michael's oldest sister, Rebbie, has already publicly distanced herself from business endeavors, such as a planned reality show for his kids, that have arisen in the wake of the singer's death this summer.

As it launches its limited, two-week engagement, Michael Jackson's new film, This Is It, will simultaneously roll-out on 20,000 screens in locations including California, London, New York and Japan at midnight EST Wednesday.

The film showcases the late Thriller singer's final set of rehearsals at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles, California this past spring, as he was preparing for this summer's planned residency at London's O2 Arena. The movie is expected to generate big bucks, as some industry-based surveys have projected the concert film could take in as much as $40 million in its opening weekend.

Dr. Murray is scheduled to appear in court November 16th. The deadbeat dad missed his last scheduled court appearance on October 7th, prompting the judge to issue the bench warrant.

Chris Aaron told RadarOnline.com that "Dr. Murray has every intention to pay the debt off. He's going to pay it.

"He was going to use the $150,000 per month that Michael Jackson was going to pay him, and he never received, and the revenue from his two practices to pay the back child support.

"Next thing you know, the $150,000 payment was stopped and his two clinics were shut down from death threats from Michael Jackson fans. He had no money.

"We are asking the Las Vegas District Attorney's office for a minimal payment plan until Dr. Murray gets his feet back on the ground. He intends to pay it off."
