Michael Jackson’s former dermatologist, Arnold Klein, claims that an ex-business manager embezzled nearly $3.2 million from his bank account, leaving him bankrupt.
In new court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, the doctor claims that “significant assets were transferred without my knowledge or consent.”

Dr. Arnold Klein, Michael Jackson's dermatologist and friend, is suing Dr. Stephen Hoefflin for libel, slander, emotional distress amongst several other actions.

Dr. Klein is suing Dr. Hoefflin, who claimed to treat Michael Jackson from 1978-2002, for an interview that he gave to a British tabloid on July 24th, 2009.

According to the lawsuit, Dr. Hoefflin said the following in the interview, "Murray definitely called Klein because Klein taught him how to administer Propofol."

Los Angeles County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter has told Radar Online.com exclusively that he had a private one-on-one discussion with Dr. Arnold Klein about the Michael Jackson death investigation.
Winter visited Klein’s offices in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, August 19, as reports surfaced that the dermatologist-to-the-stars was going to be charged in connection with the investigation.

Los Angeles County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter made a surprise visit to Michael Jackson’s dermatologist, Dr. Arnie Klein’s Beverly Hills office Wednesday morning. “I’m just picking up some records,” he told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
Winter arrived at the building with at least one other member of his investigative team who went to Klein’s office while Winter himself went into the lobby level Mickey Fine Pharmacy, well-known as the drug store where Jackson filled hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of prescriptions over the last several years.

Paul Gohranson, a former live-in masseur and lover of Dr. Arnold Klein, tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that Klein would prescribe medication in his own name for Gohranson's use.

The pair lived together in Klein's Los Angeles home for four months in 2006, having met a year prior via online chatting on gay men's dating site Bear411.com.
Gohranson claims that after undergoing a back procedure, Klein prescribed him Codeine to help with the pain--under Klein's name.

"The prescription did not have my name on it, it had Arnold's name on it so I was kind of surprised," Gohranson said.
"He said 'Because I'm not your treating physician, there may be a conflict of interest there.'"
