When four-year-old Alexandria Hauser was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on Thanksgiving Day it affected everyone in her life, but her mom exclusively tells RadarOnline.com it's her “babygirl's positivity” that's keeping everyone strong.

Katie Hauser, a single mother of two from Long Beach, California, explains the chemotherapy, surgery, head shaving and so on that her daughter has already endured -- and what the future holds for them.

"Alexandria was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on Thanksgiving Day. We were told it 'seemed like' a Wilms' tumor, which is one of the most common cancers for children; kidney cancer. After many tests the diagnosis was confirmed," Katie told RadarOnline.com.

In one of the most bizarre stories out of Hollywood, Jennifer Aniston was apparently advised to get a donation of sperm from Brad Pitt after they split in 2005.

Hollywood agent Sue Mengers was the one to give the peculiar advice to the former Friends star, New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd has claimed.

The legendary agent passed away in October at the age of 78 with Dowd revealing the story as some kind of honor to Mengers who was known for her brash nature.

Lindsay Lohan has been under fire recently for her questionable behavior but she has managed to find some time, and money, to give back to those in need, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

The beleaguered starlet recently donated $50,000 to a children’s charity, called The Baby and I Foundation and she did so in honor of her mother, Dina.

“Lindsay was really keen to make a donation to the charity,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Her main motivating factor was that she hoped to make children’s lives easier by way of their own mothers, as her own mom has done for her.”

Initial figures are in and not only did George Clooney's Hope For Haiti telethon deliver a dazzling array of top A-List talent from around the world, it also delivered the numbers, raising a staggering $57 million + so far.

The final fundraising amount has yet to be tallied, but the early figures prove that the telethon was a certified smash hit and will be able to provide a significant amount of aid to the impoverished and earthquake ravaged Caribbean nation of Haiti.

Losing last week's adoption bid of a 4-year-old Malawi child hasn't embittered Madonna.

The material girl made a donation, reportedly in the neighborhood of $500,000, to help victims of a 6.3 magnitude earthquake in the Italian region of Abruzzo Monday; the quake killed more than 200 and left another 50,000 homeless.

Madonna has ties to the region; her paternal grandparents lived in Pacentro, a town close to the earthquake's epicenter, until 1919.
