Adding to the drama, the family lives in a 19th-century mansion they are restoring. Madison’s character Sally happens upon a hidden basement which has remained undisturbed since the mansion’s builder disappeared nearly a century ago.

Melbourne is getting ready to roll out the red carpet for Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and their daughter Suri. The famous family will become temporary residents of the Australian city later this year when Holmes films the thriller Don’t Be Afraid Of The Dark.

“The whole city is very excited that they are coming and they will do everything they can to make sure they feel totally at home in Melbourne," a spokesperson for Tourism Australia told RadarOnline.com.

Celebrity helper Libby Wilson has been reportedly scouting properties for the Cruises.

“I’m sure Tom and Katie will enjoy Melbourne,” the tourism expert said. In fact, the city's highlights feed into both of Holmes' interests: fashion and motherhood.

“It is known for its fashion and has great shopping districts in the Fitzroy and Carlton neighborhoods as well as having a very modern downtown. I’m sure local designers will be courting Katie so that she can wear some of their designs for the rest of the world to see during their stay."

“Melbourne is a very kids-friendly city and there will be plenty of dance schools that would love to teach Suri her ballet lessons too."

One other perk are the residents of the city who are "used to having celebrities visit here so they will not be fazed by having this very famous family."
