According to reports, Toni Ann, also known as Toni Ann D'Alto, was diagnosed with lung cancer and is now living with her mother, Jackie Stallone, in Beverly Hills. Toni Ann and Sly have the same mother.

Hollywood mega star, John Travolta is being sued by an unidentified male masseur for assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

The explosive lawsuit alleges on January 16, 2012, Travolta picked up the masseur in a black Lexus SUV, which had "Trojan condoms in the console of the vehicle" and the duo went to a room at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Dennis Quaid's wife, Kimberly Buffington-Quaid, has formally withdrawn her divorce petition from her actor husband, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

As previously reported, Kimberly filed for divorce in March, in Austin, Texas.

The lawyer representing a man suing Desperate Housewives star, Eva Longoria, for allegedly striking his car in a 2010 car accident, is asking the judge to impose stiff monetary sanctions and order Longoria to sit for a deposition because she has repeatedly failed to appear for the legal proceedings, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As previously reported, Longoria got in the car accident in October 2010 on Hollywood Blvd while she was driving a BMW X5, but according to cops she wasn't at fault. Roman Gasparyan filed the lawsuit for negligence days after the accident and claims that Longoria swerved suddenly, lost control of her SUV and hit his car. Gasparyan asserts that he was hospitalized because of the accident and had to undergo numerous physical examinations and medical treatments because of his alleged injuries.

Tareq Salahi is suing his estranged wife, Journey frontman Neal Schon and their publicity company for $50 million each, again, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

In February Tareq filed a lawsuit claiming the growing empire he had with wife Michaele Salahi was crumbled when she left him for Neal, but the suit was dismissed. The judge gave Tareq 21 days to refile with "valid claims."

According to the documents, Deanna Cesena, began working for the couple in 2005 and took care of the children, cleaning, driving, household work, and "running personal errands for Mrs. Maloof, driving Mrs. Maloof to appointments, making phone calls for Mrs. Maloof, and other various tasks assigned to her."

Jennifer Lopez's former driver and head of her security team, is suing the American Idol judge and her manager, Benny Medina, for fraud, breach of contract and wrongful termination, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The lawsuit alleges that Hakob Manoukian worked with JLo and Marc Anthony in 2005, and that in April 2011 he became a full time employee of the former couple, after giving up his own transportation company. The documents state that Manoukian's base salary would be $72k a year and he would receive production pay of $200k annually when Lopez was filming or performing.
