Jeremy London's domestic battery case went to trial on Tuesday and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the District Attorney plans to put his 5-year-old son Lyrik on the stand to testify.

Jeremy, 39, was charged with domestic battery for an incident with his estranged wife, Melissa Cunningham, late last year after she told Palm Springs, Calif. authorities that an argument over the custody of their child escalated to violent proportions — an allegation Jeremy has adamantly denied.

Prison Break star Lane Garrison has been charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly hitting his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Mattingly, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

As previously reported, Garrison, 31, was arrested last weekend for getting into a confrontation with Mattingly in the lobby of her apartment complex in Beverly Hills. The actor is being held in jail as he isn't eligible for bail because he is still on parole for a vehicular manslaughter conviction in 2007, which was supposed to end this Saturday.

A week after Anna Gristina appeared in court facing charges of promoting prostitution, the now notorious Manhattan madam’s sidekick has handed herself into the authorities and is expected to be arraigned on Tuesday afternoon.

Jaynie Baker, 30, of Brooklyn, New York, was wanted by the District Attorney’s office since February 22 for allegedly helping the mother-of-four run a high class brothel in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, reported the New York Post.

Despite three accusers claiming that Bernie Fine sexually abused them, the district attorney in the case says he cannot charge the former assistant Syracuse basketball coach with any crime because of the statute of limitations.

Despite three accusers claiming that Bernie Fine sexually abused them, the district attorney in the case says he cannot charge the former assistant Syracuse basketball coach with any crime because of the statute of limitations.Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick explained on Wednesday that he found that two men who accused him of sexual abuse are credible, but that the alleged rimes are too old to be prosecuted, reported ESPN.com.

Fine, 65, who has been the school's top assistant coach since 1976, was fired on November 27 following the allegations from the three men, but he has denied any wrong doing.

The claims of the third accuser, 23-year-old Zach Tomaselli, of Lewiston, Maine, fall within federal statutes of limitations and are being investigated by the U.S. Secret Service.

RadarOnline.com broke the world exclusive story late Tuesday that police requested a search warrant after suspecting Lindsay had stolen the one-of-a-kind necklace worth $2,500 from a store in Venice Beach, where she now lives following her release from rehab.

 

The unnamed friend surrendered the jewelry to authorities in the Pacific Division of the LAPD Tuesday night.
