Gary Coleman wanted to prolong his life -- according to a health care directive -- and so did two of the actor's closest pals, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Coleman's agent, Robert Malcolm, has revealed Todd Bridges and Gary’s ex-manager Dion Mial pleaded with the Diff'rent Strokes star's ex-wife Shannon Price not to take him off life support.

But neither of them -- or Coleman's own wishes -- were enough to persuade Price to keep her ex-husband alive.

"Dion and Todd both begged her not to pull the plug," Malcolm told RadarOnline.com, in an exclusive interview.

Coleman died, age 42, when Price made the decision to pull him off life support after he fell into a coma.

His death was the result of head injuries he suffered during a "fall" that happened by "accident" at his Utah home last month, according to the death certificate, released Monday.

A spokesperson for the Utah Valley Regional Medical Centre said it was investigating the emergence of a new document, purportedly stating Coleman had specifically directed that he did not want anyone to pull the plug on his life support, if he was ever in that situation.

In a 2006 document, Coleman checked a box titled "Choice to Prolong Life" which states, "I want my life to be prolonged as long as possible within the limits of generally accepted health care standards."

The other option Coleman had -- "Choice Not to Prolong Life" -- was left unchecked.

Hospital spokesperson Janet Frank told RadarOnline.com: "I can't talk about any of this because it's part of his medical record... We have to verify that for ourselves before we would be able to do anything with it."

BREAKING NEWS: Gary Coleman’s Ex-Girlfriend To See Him One Last Time

Posted on Jun 14, 2010 @ 05:03PM - 15 comments
DNP Random Things

It was the courtroom showdown between Gary Coleman’s ex-wife and an ex-girlfriend, each bringing a document that they claim is his last will and testament.

PHOTOS: Inside The Gary Coleman Hearing

A judge in a Provo, Utah court has given attorneys a seven day window to sort out the legal wrangling over the late actor’s affairs.

PHOTOS: Celebrity Mugshots

However, the judge did grant ex-girlfriend Anna Gray’s request to visit his body one last time. She will have to fly from Oregon to Sandy, Utah within 48 hours after the judge ruled the body of the Diff’rent Strokes star must cremated according to his wishes. While Gray and Gary’s ex-wife Shannon Price have conflicting wills, both documents agree that Gary wished to be cremated.

An independent special administrator has been appointed in the interim.

Shannon, who claims she was Gary’s common law wife, has a handwritten codicil dated September 4, 2007 that leaves his entire estate to her. Her attorney, Todd Bradford, also presented a will written in 2005 that also leaves everything to the 24-year-old, but as RadarOnline.com revealed, that will was not signed.

Utah law states that any reference to the spouse in a will becomes invalid after a divorce.

But Gary’s ex-girlfriend and business manager, Anna, presented her own 2005 will that leaves her as the sole beneficiary. Dion Mial, who was Gary’s ex-manager and had a third will from 1999, pulled out of the legal battle on Monday.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Anna’s attorney Randy Kester also filed a restraining order against Shannon. Kester claims that Shannon has been “invading Gary’s home and disposing of his property.” He claims nothing is left in the home, but Gary’s clothes and bed.

Late Monday, Gary’s advance health care directive was filed in court. The directive from 2006 clearly states that Gary’s wishes were not to pull the plug on him.

EXCLUSIVE: Gary Coleman's Divorce Lawyer, "He Feared Ex-Wife"

Posted on Jun 14, 2010 @ 05:01PM - 4 comments
DNP Random Things

The attorney who orchestrated Gary Coleman's divorce from Shannon Price has told RadarOnline.com the former TV star feared his ex-wife.

Randy Kester, a lawyer from Provo, Utah, represented the Different Strokes' star during a host of legal battles in the final years of his life.

He was the man who masterminded Coleman's secret divorce from Price and had the documents sealed using the names 'John Doe' and 'Jane Doe'.

PHOTOS: Gary Coleman Through The Years

In a twist of fate, Kester is now representing Coleman's former live-in lover Anna Gray, who was named in a 2005 will as the executor and beneficiary to the actor's estate.

Kester told RadarOnline.com that while Price had the potential to cause Coleman harm, he doubted she did during the May 28 incident that lead to the actor's hospitalization.

"As much as I am lead to believe that Shannon would cause Gary harm and that he feared her, I don?t think there is any evidence to prove that she caused it," he said.

EXCLUSIVE: 'Foul Play' In Gary Coleman's Death, Says Ex Manager

He said Gray, who lives in Oregon, had not yet formed an opinion if foul play was involved in the death, as others have claimed.

The diminutive Different Strokes star died after a head wound at his Utah home led to a brain hemorrhage.

"Anna indicated to me that she wants to be certain that the best investigation that could be done, was done,? Kester said.

"I have no reason to question that State Medical Examiner."

He said Gray or himself had not yet received a copy of the examiner's report.

Police have not been able to categorically rule out the 42-year-old's death on May 28 as suspicious.

His body was discovered by Price, who later gave permission to turn off his life support machine.

A tape of her 911 call shows her in a confused state, repeatedly protesting her innocence and having to be persuaded to go downstairs and help him.

The day after she gave permission to turn off his life support machine, Price posed smiling for a series of photos and did a television interview defending herself.

"Anna was completely disturbed by the release of the photographs," said Kester.

"Indeed those of us who knew Gary thought it was so horribly disrespectful."

It has also emerged Coleman had specifically directed that he did not want anyone to pull the plug on his life support, if he was ever in that situation.

In a 2006 document, Coleman checked a box  titled "Choice to Prolong Life" which states, "I want my life to be prolonged as long as possible within the
limits of generally accepted health care standards."

The other option Coleman had -- "Choice Not to Prolong Life" -- was left unticked.

Gary Coleman’s mystery woman is no longer a mystery.

RadarOnline.com is the first to interview Anna Gray, the woman named as executor of Coleman’s third will that surfaced Friday. The will is from 2005.

Anna explained the reason why she has remained silent for more than two weeks since his death. “I am a very private person and I’m not a fame seeker at all,” Anna told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Anna is locked in a legal battle with Gary’s ex-wife Shannon Price, who has a handwritten codicil dated 2007. Shannon and Gary divorced in 2008, but she claims they rekindled their relationship and were common law husband and wife.

And in yet another twist in the case, Gary’s former agent Dion Mial withdrew from the legal battle for control of the late actor's estate on Monday.

Mial, who Coleman named as executor in a 1999 will, dropped the court challenge after being notified of Anna’s will.

RadarOnline.com was first to report that Anna, who was Gary’s business manager, was also his girlfriend and according to reports they lived together.

“All I can say is that there were many facets to our relationship, we were incredibly close,” she told RadarOnline.com, refusing to discuss their living situation.

Anna says she will not be in court on Monday at a hearing to decide which will is valid. She doesn’t want to add to the media frenzy and tells RadarOnline.com that  “Shannon Price’s antics are feeding it”

When asked if that was the difference between the two Coleman women, Anna told us, “One of many, one of many”

In the meantime, Ann is still mourning the loss of a friend, business associate and former boyfriend.

“I’m still processing my feelings,” she told RadarOnline.com. “Obviously it’s grief and outrage.”
