LeAnn Rimes was in a lot of pain when she took to the stage at a concert in New Jersey on Friday night. In fact the country crooner has described the past few days as being “one of the most painful weeks” of her life.

Rimes, 29, kicked off her tour days after having mouth surgery. Throughout the week the singer has tweeted about being in pain after going to the dentist.

After being turned away from the morgue for being late Thursday, Lindsay Lohan headed straight to Beverly Hills for a psychological counseling session with her therapist, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

“With all of the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I've never been so happy to go to therapy!!!!” the 25-year-old actress tweeted earlier in the day.

While some reports stated that Lindsay was getting her teeth whitened by a dentist, RadarOnline.com confirmed she was actually meeting with her psychologist, who happens to reside in the same building.

Just days after appearing on the red carpet with stained and rotting teeth it looks like Lindsay Lohan has had emergency dental work, an expert tells RadarOnline.com.

Lindsay was out shopping in Los Angeles at the weekend, showing off her pearly whites, a far cry from the dirty brown teeth she flashed last Wednesday night.

Dr. Pankaj Singh, of Arch Dental Associates in New York City, who has not treated the starlet, said he thinks Lindsay hurried to a dentist to fix her gnarly grill.

“It would appear she had an emergency dental intervention; either she had some bondings or veneers done to cover up the stained and decayed teeth.”

Not so long ago it was Lindsay Lohan's ground-breaking fashion choices that caught everyone's attention on the red carpet, but on Wednesday night all eyes were on her startling teeth, prompting speculation about what could have happened to her pearly whites.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, in a close up of 25-year-old Lindsay’s teeth at the THQ launch party in Los Angeles they seem to be stained brown and almost rotting, a far cry from the million dollar smile she used to have.

"There are signs of definite neglect," Dr. Naz Tofigh of Thirty-2 Advanced Dentistry in West Hollywood told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
