EXCLUSIVE: Michael Jackson Wanted Children Raised By His Mother Says Attorney

Michael Jackson wanted his mother to raise his children if anything ever happened to him, Joe and Katherine Jackson's attorney, Debra Opri reveals to RadarOnline.com exclusively.
"Katherine will be the custodial parent for the kids. It was understood that Katherine is the best person to take care of the children as she can provide a stable, loving environment for the kids. The children will remain with Katherine, and she should raise them," Opri tells RadarOnline.com.
Opri began working with Michael's parents during his molestation trial in Santa Maria, California and still continues to work with them. Opri addressed Debbie Rowe stating, "I believe she surrendered her custodial rights to the children, but I'm sure that this will eventually be heard in court or arbitration."
Opri also says the Jackson family is grieving and that the funeral for Michael will most likely happen within the week.

The on-going legal fight between David Caruso and his former girlfriend Liza Marquez, with whom the CSI: Miami star has two children, has just gotten a new combatant.
On June 1, Maria Vianey Guardon, who worked for Caruso and Marquez as their nanny sued Marquez, claiming Wrongful Termination and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.
According to court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, Guardon claims that after Caruso and Marquez split, Marquez demanded she sign a confidentiality agreement and fired her when she refused.
She’s asking the Los Angeles County Superior Court to determine damages.
Debra Opri, attorney for Marquez, denies the allegations made against her client.
"Guadron has been employed by the same employer, David Caruso, and still is,” Opri told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
“He has paid Guardon all along, and still does as she still works for him.
“David Caruso is harassing my client through the nanny, and he better be ready to be named as a defendant.”
Michael Trope, attorney for Guardon, did not respond to RadarOnline.com’s request for comment.

The long-running legal battle between David Caruso and his former girlfriend Liza Marquez just got nastier.
According to Maquez’ attorney Debra Opri (you might remember that name from Larry Birkhead – Anna Nicole Smith days, Caruso was supposed to show for a deposition on May 15 but the “CSI: Miami” star but he failed to appear.
Caruso and Marquez, who never married, have two children together and broke up two days after the second child was born in 2007.

Liza Marquez, the ex-girlfriend and mother of David Caruso's two sons, has laid more claims against the CSI: Miami star--further escalating an ugly civil suit she filed last month.
In exclusive documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Marquez names a former nanny for the couple, Maria Vianey Guadron, as a defendant in the suit, where sources allege that Guadron served as a spy for Caruso.

By the time lawyer Debra Opri is done with him, Larry Birkhead may not be able to afford a pen to write a check for the amount of money she says he owes her.
Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy suffered a setback in court Thursday when he lost a bid to go to arbitration in the dispute surrounding legal fees allegedly owed to Opri. A northern California court of appeal denied Larry's request in the battle for $620,000.
Opri represented Larry in his paternity case against Howard K. Stern for Dannielynn.
