Possible Motive Revealed in HBO Cathouse Murderers

The man accused of shooting, stabbing and then burning Cathouse star Brooke Phillips and three others in an Oklahoma home had a dangerous past association with Casey Mark Barrientos, the male victim in his horrific killing spree. According to prosecutors in the murder case, David Allen Tyner, worked as the body guard of Casey Mark Barrientos who had been in and out of prisons for drug convictions and involved in a drive-by shooting.

RadarOnline.com has learned that Tyner, a former marine and cage fighter, was also a member of a gang called the Indian Brotherhood and this may be the cause for various jail house brawls that have broken out at three prisons over the weekend. Tyner’s employer, and murder victim, Barrientos, is hispanic and Oklahoma County Sheriff John Whetzel believes it is no coincidence that there have been prison fights since Tyner’s arrest.

Corrections department spokesman Jerry Massie confirmed Monday that the prison fights have been between American Indians and Hispanic inmates and authorities believe the attacks that sent six inmates to the hospital were coordinated.
To put an end to the jailhouse mayhem Whetzel said, “We have maintained tight security and we’ve gone back and rechecked.” Four inmates remained hospitalized with stab wounds on Monday.

Tyner has been charged with six first-degree murder charges because two of his victims, including Moonlite Bunny Ranch prostitute, Brooke Phillips were pregnant at the time of the murders. He has been refused bail.

Phillips used the racy video as an audition tape to secure herself a job at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch in Nevada.
Phillips sent the tape to Bunny Ranch owner Dennis Hof along with an email in which she says, "Here is a video of me doing some cool pole work, thought you might get a kick out of watching. Let me know if you like it Daddy D but remember you have to watch the whole video, I saved the best for last."
In the clip Phillips, AKA Hayden Brooks, shows off all her best stripper pole moves, contorting herself into some mind boggling positions up and down the pole.

Dennis Hof told Radaronline.com that Brooke loved pole dancing and spent a lot of time on the Bunny Ranch pole. In fact he said, "We are replacing the pole with a brand new one, inscribed 'Hayden Brookes' memorial pole.
"We are also adding a plaque to the ceiling above the pole with her picture and an inscription, 'You'll always be on the pole'."
In a tragic turn of events Phillips' body was discovered shot dead at a burnt out Oklahoma City house on November 9th, along with three other victims, she was three months pregnant.

Horrific new charges have revealed that ex-Marine David Allen Tyner allegedly shot, stabbed and burned his victims during a heartless killing spree, according to the shocking arrest warrant obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.

The Oklahoma District Attorney’s office officially filed six counts of first degree murder against Tyner late Friday, November 20.
Detectives now believe the shocking crime, where the victims were shot and stabbed before the rented house in Oklahoma City was set on fire, was the result of a drugs operation gone bad.

Police reported seizing a digital scale, small amounts of marijuana, 53 sandwich-size zip-close bags and 46 gallon-size zip-close bags - they also reported finding two large pieces from a roll of heat-seal bags.

Former Marine and cage fighter Tyner, 28, surrendered himself to the police after a witness told them that he had been inside the house at 1511 SW 56 street just before the horrific crime.
The victims have been identified as Jennifer Lynn Ermey, 25, of Edmond; Casey Mark Barrientos, 32, of Oklahoma City; Milagros C. Barrera, 22, of Mustang; and Brooke Phillips, 22, of Moore.

The official death toll is six because Barrera and Phillips were pregnant. The case has attracted national attention because Phillips was a prostitute who appeared on Cathouse, an HBO reality program about a legal Nevada brothel.
Police records show their search of the house casing with two guns, two box knives, a folding knife, a lighter, a projectile and white ankle high sock with 17 Winchester .40 S&W live rounds.

Despite the reports findings - in what the police believe is a drugs related crime – Nicholson is adamant that his friend never took illegal substances and that he never saw him with a gun.
He added: “He wasn’t into drugs and I would be interested to know if any of the victims had drugs in their systems.
“All the time I knew him I never saw him firing off guns and although he has been charged by the police people should not assume that he is automatically guilty of these crimes.”
Tyner voluntarily gave himself up to the police after another witness told detectives that he had seen him inside the house in Oklahoma City prior to the shootings and subsequent fire.

Tyner was a two time state champion wrestler and a state- runner-up at Locust Grove High School as a senior in 2000 – he also wrestled at the University Of Tennessee Chatanooga and later joined the Marine Corps and served in Iraq.
Tyner then became a cage fighter and completed a 6-1 record in mixed martial arts fighting bouts in Oklahoma and Kansas City in 2006 and 2007 and was due to take part in another fight next month.

“He was a laid-back happy-go-lucky guy but I do think that he suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from serving with the army abroad.
