Howard K. Stern, the one-time love of Anna Nicole Smith and the acting executor of her estate, was granted the right to transfer the title of a home purchased by the late actress – a home currently occupied by her surviving child, Dannielynn, and her natural father, Larry Birkhead, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

According to newly leaked U.S. diplomatic cables obtained by WikiLeaks, Anna Nicole Smith may have been just a "B-list celebrity," but she hit the Bahamas like a hurricane, spreading scandals that toppled a string of officials and endangered the whole government
"Not since Category 4 Hurricane Betsy made landfall in 1965 has one woman done as much damage in Nassau" reads the cable, apparently written by Deputy Chief of Mission D. Brent Hardt in November 2006.
Larry Birkhead Wanted Dannielynn Drug Tested

Larry Birkhead wanted his own child drug tested for fear Anna Nicole Smith was drugging her through breast feeding.
Testifying in the case against Howard Stern and two of Smith's former doctors, Birkhead confirmed he was fearful for Dannielynn's health.

Referring back to his statement in his 2006 paternity suit Birkhead confirmed he wanted the court to order a drug test on his daughter and her mother.
When asked by the prosecution in the Downtown Los Angeles courtroom if he was concerned her drug taking was effecting his child he said, "Yes." He also aknowledged that he wanted his ex to come back from the Bahamas where she was staying so he could monitor her.

"I didn't know what sort of condition she was in," he said. "She had just lost her son and that was a tremedous blow. I didn't know if the things I saw happening in the States were carrying on over there."

Prosecutors asked him outright; "You thought it was necessary to drug test your child?"
To which Birkhead said, "Yes, my lawyers said so."
Birkhead has previously told the court that Smith was taking methadone when pregnant.

And he said on Monday that he didn't know what else to do but to try to get his daughter back to him from overseas.
"I didn't know if she was taking too much medication, not taking enough. If she was having seizures."

Fortunately Birkhead was also able to confirm that despite Smith's drug problems, their daughter is healthy.
"She is healthy?" he was asked.
"Yes ma'am," he said.
"And she was born healthy?"
"Yes ma'am."
The case is continuing.

In bombshell testimony Thursday, Anna Nicole Smith’s former bodyguard, Maurice Brighthaupt, testified how he had saved the troubled model’s life on at least one occasion.
Brighthaupt, also known as ‘Mo’ described in vivid detail how, some time in October 2006, Anna Nicole Smith had overdosed and was at the bottom of a swimming pool. “I jumped in and saved her,” he said. He gave her CPR and she started breathing again.

When asked by the D.A. about the relationship between Anna Nicole and her psychiatrist, Dr. Khristina Eroscevich, Mo said, “Mother and daughter, they were close.” When asked if the relationship was sexual, as widely reported, Adam Braun, Dr. Eroscevich’s lawyer objected, and Judge Perry said, “Sustained, we aren’t going to go there.”

Brighthaupt is currently still under direct examination by the D.A. He hasn’t been cross examined by the defense lawyers yet.

Reports surfaced Wednesday that Larry Birkhead is set to appear on the next Season of Bravo’s hit show Millionaire Matchmaker.

But, that’s all news to Birkhead who tells RadarOnline.com there’s not a word of truth to the rumors.
"The producers of Millionaire Matchmaker approached me about doing the show, and that was several months ago,” Larry tells RadarOnline.com. “ I said no at the time, and that I wasn't interested. I'm not doing the show and reports that I was were news to me."
It seems that Larry has enough on his plate at the moment without popping up on reality TV. The single father is busy raising his adorable daughter, Dannielynn, from the late Anna Nicole Smith, and is due in court Thursday to testify in the preliminary hearing of the case against Howard K Stern, Dr Khristina Eroscevich and Dr Sandeep Kapoor.
