EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Daisy De La Hoya Says Corey Haim "Was Looking Forward To The Future, He Was Making Plans"

Daisy De La Hoya has been left "shocked and devastated" by the death of Corey Haim, she tells RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview, and says she can't believe this was an intentional overdose, insisting that it must of been an accident.

"Corey was looking forward to the future, he was making plans," Daisy tells RadarOnline.com. "He had a movie coming up and he was talking about directing, I can't believe he would of done this on purpose, it had to be an accident."

Daisy, was introduced to Haim through their mutual friend Corey Feldman, and although they only met just over a month ago, she says they had an "amazing connection" and had been hanging out together, building a relationship.
Daisy tells RadarOnline.com, "Corey Feldman had been saying to me for ages that I had to meet Corey Haim, he said we were totally kindred spirits and that we would really hit it off.

"Eventually we did meet and he was right. We just connected straight away, we had an automatic connection. I recognized that he was a lost soul, we had the same behavior patterns, we had a lot in common."

Daisy tells RadarOnline.com that she last hung out with Haim a couple of weeks ago but that she had spoken to him a couple of days ago, as well as swapping texts and emails, and nothing seemed amiss. "He seemed fine," Daisy says, "I know that his mom having cancer was a big thing for him, that was huge, but he seemed great.
"It's such a tragedy, he was so talented and had so much to offer. He was a sweet, caring, respectful person who just wanted to be loved."

RadarOnline.com has obtained the dramatic 911 call in which a friend of VH1’s Daisy de la Hoya calls Los Angeles City Fire Department paramedics claiming she “overdosed.”
When Firefighters and medics came to the house, sources say she was acting “crazy.”
She was reportedly yelling, screaming and thrashing around. It took a large group of firemen to get her in the ambulance.
Representatives of de la Hoya said she received treatment at a local L.A. area hospital for “exhaustion” and not an overdose.

VH1 reality star Daisy de la Hoya was rushed to the hospital after paramedics responded to a 911 call for a "possible overdose" in early May. At the time, the rep said she was just suffering “from delirium as a result of exhaustion” and that there was no overdose. RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the 911 call from the incident.

“Don’t know if she’s on drugs or a 51/50 [someone deemed mentally imbalanced and a possible risk to themselves or others],” the operator is heard saying.

Rep Says Daisy De La Hoya Suffered From Exhaustion, Not Overdose

Is the rock-and-roll lifestyle taking a toll on Daisy De La Hoya? Sources reported that the Daisy of Love star was rushed to the hospital in the early-morning hours on Thursday after a friend found her behaving erratically and called 911. Earlier in the evening, De La Hoya was spotted partying (hard) at Los Angeles nightclub Le Deux, leading to speculation that she had overdosed.
A rep for De La Hoya released a statement on Thursday afternoon denying that her client had overdosed.
“Daisy was taken to the ER early this morning suffering from delerium as a result of exhaustion [sic]. There was no overdose. She is fine this evening and resting comfortably.”
De La Hoya is the cousin of boxer Oscar De La Hoya and was a contestant on Rock of Love before landing her own VH1 dating show.
