Celeb chef/diabetic Paula Deen -- in the line of media fire for her controversial decision to endorse a diabetes drug from Novo Nordisk called Victoza -- threw caution to the wind on a Caribbean cruise this week, as she dove into a juicy cheeseburger.

Oprah Winfrey’s Favorite Things episode has been a beloved hour of over-the-top giveaways that induces screams from both the studio audience and viewers at home. Friday marked part one of the final Favorite Things episode and RadarOnline.com has the clip of Oprah’s marquee present.

Near the end of the show, a helper wheeled out a massive jack-in-the-box. After giving the handle a few cranks, a giant inflatable cruise ship emerged from the oversized children’s toy.

The entire audience got flights on United Airlines and a week-long cruise on Royal Caribbean International’s Allure of the Seas- the biggest cruise ship in the world!
