Ciara Halts The Hair Trend -- Goes Back To Long Locks

Less than a month ago Ciara chopped off her hair and dove, clippers first, into the uber-trendy short bob do, following in the shear-marks of frequent pap targets Rihanna and Cassie.
After garnering attention and mucho photo ops (like all the other short haired beauty queens) for her new do, the singer was snapped shopping in West Hollywood with a new head of extension-filled hair.
Are the 15 minutes, er, 15 days of cropped dos over? More importantly, did Ciara beat Rihanna to the punch on the next trend?

From the hip-hop world to Washington's elite, the leading ladies in fashion are shaving, crop-chopping and bobbing their manes all the way to the red carpet.
In April, R&B scenester Cassie took center fashion stage for shaving half-her head and posting pictures on her twitter.
The trend seems to have caught on, as a gaggle of beauties, in line like dominoes, have been reaching for the shears ever since.
