Kate Gosselin will not get her chance to confront estranged hubby Jon in court Wednesday morning over her claims he withdrew $230,000 in money from their joint savings account, without her permission.
Judge Arthur Tilson canceled today's hearing after his wife died of cancer early this morning.
A new date for the hearing will be set sometime next week.

UPDATE: Today's hearing has been canceled because the judge's wife died of cancer early Wednesday morning. Next week, they'll set a new date.
Jon and Kate Gosselin are set to face off Wednesday morning in a Montgomery County courtroom in Pennsylvania over Kate's claims that Jon withdrew $230,000 from their joint bank account without her consent.
As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Kate filed papers with the court on Monday demanding that Jon sell his two luxury cars and reimburse their joint bank account with the money she claims he stole. She's also demanding that Jon pay $5,000 in court fees.

The battle over Michael Jackson's estate continues in Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon, as a judge will determine whether the late entertainer's mother, Katherine, can formally contest the named executors in her son's will -- without compromising her 40 percent stake as a beneficiary.

Britney Spears – and that means the Conservatorship of the Person and Estate of – is headed back into court to try and collect the cost of defending itself against the pop star’s former pals.
Earlier this year, a Los Angeles County Judge issued restraining orders against her former boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, manager Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardley. Lutfi and Eardley both unsuccessfully challenged the restraining orders. Now the Conservatorship wants the bad guys to pony up for the legal fees it incurred. It is asking the Los Angeles County Superior Court to request that the “Respondents” pay it the following amounts: Ghalib, $70,6678.80; Lutfi, $121,655.42; and Eardley, $128,287,23.
A hearing on the request is on calendar for this Friday. RadarOnline.com will be there.
