Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman labeled "Zanny the Nanny" by Casey Anthony and accused of kidnapping her two-year-old daughter, will be appearing on the Dr. Phil Show on Thursday and RadarOnline.com has your sneak peek.

Zanaida is currently embroiled in a legal battle with Casey, suing her for defamation — however, the civil case has been moved to January 2013 after Casey's lawyers argued it was unsafe for the 'Tot Mom' to come out of hiding and appear in court.

Casey Anthony has almost a year to wait until she has to face accuser Zenaida Gonzalez in court after the civil case against her has been moved to January 2, 2013.

The change was made according to an order granting her defense team's motion to continue the trial, reported WFTV.com.

Brooke Burke's live-in boyfriend --former Baywatch star David Charvet -- knew he was buying stolen goods from a high-end design store, charges the attorney representing the victimized store.

The Dancing with the Stars host was deposed in a lawsuit brought by EuroConcepts versus Zalfa "Zee" Halaby, a former store employee.

RadarOnline.com broke the story Monday that Burke was heavily questioned about buying and receiving stolen merchandise. Her deposition is on video and you can see it here.

In a new exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Sanford Passman, attorney for the plaintiffs in the civil suit, said he believes Charvet knew he was buying stolen goods.
