Ed Asner's divorce from wife Cindy Asner has been finalized, RadarOnline.com has confirmed. The couple whom were married for approximately 8 years and 11 months had no children.

The divorce documents reveal that Asner must pay $6k per month in spousal support until either Cindy or Ed dies. The court docs also state that, "Cindy shall receive 30% of anything Ed earns on a gross basis in excess of $300k per year and a maximum of $500,000 per year."
Cindy was also given the couples former Studio City home.
