Charlie Sheen has dropped his extortion lawsuit against his New York City gal pal and porn star Capri Anderson.

RadarOnline.com has learned the former Two and a Half Men star nixed the lawsuit last Friday after numerous unsuccessful attempts to serve Anderson.

Anderson - real name Christina Walsh - was found naked in NYC's Plaza Hotel bathroom in October after police were called and she accused Sheen of assault and battery, claiming he threw a lamp and threatened to kill her while on a booze and cocaine fueled bender.

Charlie Sheen's lawyers have filed legal documents stating that they have been unable to locate Capri Anderson (real name Christina Walsh) and properly serve her with papers in connection with a lawsuit that 45-year-old actor filed against the adult film star.

The documents, exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, state: "Plaintiff alleges that Walsh attempted to extort One Million Dollars from him after a consensual encounter at a hotel in New York City.

“Plaintiff also alleges that Walsh converted an antique watch from his hotel room valued at $165,000. Plaintiff seeks compensatory and punitive damages."

The New York Police Department investigation into Charlie Sheen is over and the actor will not be charged with any crime.

RadarOnline.com learned that Sheen is in the clear after porn star Capri Anderson lodged a criminal complaint with NYPD, triggering the investigation.

Anderson, whose real name is Christina Walsh, said Sheen held her against her will in a hotel room after he flipped out, shouted racial slurs and snorted a white powder.

But the porn star told police who responded to the incident that she was fine, and only later claimed to have been traumatized by events.

Charlie Sheen’s lawyers have received several phone calls offering information on the location of his missing $165,000 watch that was allegedly stolen by porn star Capri Anderson, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Sheen, represent by top LA attorney Marty Singer, sued Anderson for extortion and alleges she stole his pricey watch after their memorable night together, a night that ended with Anderson locked in the bathroom, cops called to their hotel room and Sheen in the hospital.

Anderson, whose real name is Christina Walsh, denies she took it but that’s not what Sheen’s lawyers are hearing.

New York cops investigating a criminal complaint lodged by porn star Christina Walsh will subpoena Charlie Sheen's medical records from the night he was taken to a hospital after his bizarre meltdown in a posh New York hotel, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Walsh - aka Capri Anderson - filed a criminal complaint against Sheen, charging that he held her against her will and choked her in his suite at The Plaza Hotel. She also says she saw him snorting a white powder.

RadarOnline.com reported exclusively that Sheen snorted and smoked cocaine that night and tested positive for the drug when he was taken to a hospital after police arrived at his hotel and told him he could either go to jail or a hospital.

"Ms. Walsh has thus, and for the time being, opted to consult the New York City authorities regarding the events of October 26, 2010.

"Ms. Walsh's refrain from the issuance of any civil lawsuit is separate and apart from any consideration of Mr. Sheen's ludicrous lawsuit against her."

A source with knowledge of the situation tells us that Walsh met with the New York City District Attorney's Office Tuesday, to follow up on her official police complaint she filed against Sheen yesterday. Walsh appeared on Good Morning America Monday with her attorney, and they revealed that she was planning to file a lawsuit against Sheen, and that it would be filed very soon.

Excerpts from the lawsuit were shown on screen and RadarOnline.com learned the lawsuit was planned for Tuesday. But now that's not going to happen.

A source with knowledge of the situation says, "Christina is listening to what law enforcement are telling her about what to expect going forward. She is prepared to testify against Charlie if criminal charges are filed against him. She wants to deal with the criminal investigation first, then proceed accordingly."

Sheen sued Walsh on Monday, claiming she tried to extort him for $1 million dollars after the night of the incident. One of Charlie's lawyer's said publicly this morning that Charlie never sent a text message to Capri offering her $20k. Davidson tells RadarOnline.com, "I can confirm a text message was sent from Mr. Sheen to Ms. Walsh, in which he offered her $20k."

Christina Walsh - aka porn star Capri Anderson - confessed to Denise Richards that she works as a prostitute the night Charlie Sheen went on a crazed rampage in a New York hotel, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

Walsh was promised $3500 for her night with the Two and a Half Men star, an amount she called an "appearance fee" during an interview on Good Morning America on Monday. Walsh also says she was never paid for her encounter with Sheen.
