David Arquette and Entertainment Tonight beauty Christina McLarty have called off their coast-to-coast relationship.

“Sadly I'm single again,” the Dancing with the Stars alum tweeted Tuesday. “A long distance relationship proved to be too difficult.''

David Arquette, speaking with The Howard Stern Show, admits he's fallen head over heels for his new girlfriend -- and that the revelation made he and his now-estranged wife, Courteney Cox, break down in tears.

The King of All Media asked Arquette, who's dating Entertainment Tonight beauty Christina McLarty, if Cox decided to give their marriage another chance, if he would do it.

"No ... that window is closed,” the Scream 4 star told Stern, adding that when he told Cox about his feelings for his new love, they both broke down.

His marriage only lasted a month, he's just been indicted for a massive gambling debt, and now RadarOnline.com has uncovered a six figure tax lien against Joe Francis' company, Mantra Films.

Mantra is the parent company for Francis' Girls Gone Wild empire, and on November 29, the IRS filed a tax lien against it in the amount of $113,128.

The lien is against unpaid taxes from 2003.

Francis was indicted by the state of Nevada on Feb. 2 on two felony theft charges in connection with the $2 million he owes the Wynn Casino.  The casino had previously won a $2.5 million civil judgment against Joe, but he's only coughed up $500,000, so now it's a criminal case.

Joe Francis has officially confirmed what RadarOnline.com told you Wednesday: his one-month old marriage is over.

Francis’ publicist released this statement on Thursday:  “After careful and thoughtful consideration on both our parts, Christina and I have mutually decided to end our relationship.  We entered into our relationship with love and it’s with love and kindness that we leave it.  We wish each other the best for the future.  There was no divorce and there will  be no divorce because the couple was never legally married."

Francis and Christina McLarty had a civil ceremony wedding in November. The couple considered themselves married.

Less than two months after Joe Francis and long-term girlfriend Christina McLarty married in a civil ceremony at his luxurious Mexican retreat, the pair have split, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

"Joe Francis' wife moved out, and they might be getting a divorce," a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

A rep for Francis denied the story to RadarOnline.com on Tuesday.
