Rihanna has settled a 2009 lawsuit that was brought against her by Christian Moeller, who accused the singer of being a ‘bad neighbor’ amongst other things.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the settlement documents, that include a motion to dismiss, that were filed at Los Angeles Superior Court on January 25.

The 22-year-old, real name Robyn Fenty, was sued, along with her landlord Stephen Yacobian, for trespass, fraud, invasion of privacy and nuisance on June 16, 2009.

In response to a lawsuit filed against her, singer Rihanna, real name Robyn Rihanna Fenty, has hit back claiming she is not a bad neighbor to the plaintiff Christian Moeller and requesting that her legal fees in defending the action be paid in full.

In his lawsuit Moeller complains of abandonment of easement, extinguishing of easement, negligence, two counts of trespass, fraud, invasion of privacy, nuisance and violation of quiet title.

Basically, Moeller is furious about the alleged constant presence of chauffeurs idling and using his driveway in transporting the pop star, tall bamboo plants that block his view of the city, an illegal wall built to extended her property and makeshift parking spots that violate street codes.

In her response Rihanna denies all counts of the complaint, including allegations that she installed video cameras that "intentionally intrude into the private affairs of Plaintiff", that she planted the bamboo plants or that she "often parks more than two vehicles in and near the alleged parking area adjacent to the property allegedly owned by Plaintiff."

In his complaint Moeller is asking for damages in light of the inconvenience, the removal of the intrusive shrubs, destruction of the wall and attorneys fees.
