Law & Order: SVU star Mariska Hargitay fell on her first day back to the New York City set of Law & Order: SVU.
RadarOnline.com is happy to report she's already back on the horse, however.
Sources told us today that Hargitay was injured on location at NYU, filming scenes with new cast member Wentworth Miller, when a scratch found her in the nearby University medical center for examination.
A spokesperson for Hargitay tells us the actress did experience a minor fall, but no injury was suffered and she's already back on-set.
Hargitay just committed to another season of the Dick Wolf hit, where she stars alongside actor Chris Meloni.
Last year, Harigtay was hospitalized for complications stemming from a partially-collapsed lung. She recovered and returned to work in January.
Healthier Hargitay Back For Another Season Of SVU

Mariska Hargitay, who was hospitalized twice and operated on for a collapsed lung earlier this year, has committed to another season of NBC's Law & Order: SVU, a rep for producer Dick Wolf said.
Chris Meloni, who plays her partner, the enigmatic Det. Elliott Stabler, also inked for another year; Variety reported that it is believed each will earn about $400,000 an episode this season.
Both will be on hand, show spokeswoman Pam Golum said, when taping resumes next week in New York.
