Child Protective Services have interviewed Robert Kennedy’s son, Douglas  and his wife Molly, in connection with a scuffle that he allegedly got into with nurses at the hospital after he attempted to take his newborn son outside, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As previously reported the part-time Fox reporter was formally charged with child endangerment and harassment after he allegedly kicked hospital nurses who were attempting to stop him from taking newborn son, Bo, outside for air.

Jeremy London’s estranged wife accused him of violence during an argument over their son, and RadarOnline.com exclusively learned that Child Protective Services stepped in after the ordeal.

Jeremy has a four-year-old son, Lyrik, with Melissa Cunningham, but Melissa’s mother has had full adoptive custody of the boy for more than a year.

“CPS got really concerned when they heard about the allegations of violence and all the drama surrounding the whole incident,” an insider told RadarOnline.com.

Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman gained temporary custody of his grandson after disturbing audio captured the child allegedly being beaten, and Star magazine has obtained exclusive video of the boy being turned over by authorities -- you can watch it here on RadarOnline.com.

The video features Chapman welcoming nine-year-old Travis Mimms -- the son of his late daughter Barbara-Katie Chapman -- with a hug and kiss on the head after police escorted him to Chapman on October 21, 2011. After Dog’s emotional greeting, his daughter Lyssa hugs young Travis, followed by Dog’s wife, Beth.

As Star magazine first reported on RadarOnline.com, the boy’s father, Travis Mimms Sr. obtained a restraining order last week against Dog, his wife Beth and daughter Lyssa. He claims they have been harassing him, accusing him of beating his child and slandering him.

Russell committed suicide and was found hanging at a friend’s home in Los Angeles on August 15, several months after Taylor filed for divorce.

Taylor's closest friends and advisers were growing increasingly worried for her safety, as well as the wellbeing of her 5-year-old daughter, Kennedy, and were threatening to go to the authorities with their concerns.

"Taylor's friends were so worried about her and Kennedy's welfare. Her advisers issued a gauntlet, either file for divorce, or we are going to the cops and Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services with our fears,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “When Taylor told Russell what her friends planned on doing, he beat her, and that is what caused her to go to the hospital.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Amber’s baby daddy, Gary Shirley, has physical custody of Leah, and Amber is supposed to have supervised visitation with their daughter one day a week for two hours.

An eyewitness tells Star, “Maybe there was an official from Child Protective Services inside her house, but I didn’t see anyone else outside with Amber and Leah except someone who looked like an MTV cameraman!”

The 21-year-old mother had a review of the custody arrangements set forth by Child Protective Services between her and baby daddy Gary Shirley on Wednesday and no changes were made, even though Portwood was released just one week prior from a 72-hour psych hold at St. Johns Hospital in Indiana after her attempted suicide.

“There were no changes and they did not mention Amber’s suicide attempt during the hearing,” Gary’s attorney, Jeff Lockwood, told RadarOnline.com.

“If she goes into the rehab program she can be re-evaluated for custody of Leah, but CPS will have to monitor how the treatment goes.”

Britney Campbell, the 8-year-old who received Botox injections from her mother, Kerry, is being taken care of by family members after Child Protective Services in San Francisco removed Britney from her mother's house over the weekend, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

"Britney wasn't put in the foster care system. Officials were able to place Britney with family members that live in the area. Britney misses her mom, terribly. Britney is safe, and being well cared for. She doesn't understand why this is happening, and Britney thinks this is her fault," an insider told us.

The mother-daughter duo made international headlines last week after Kerry admitted to giving Brittany injections of Botox to help the 8-year-old's career in beauty pageants. Kerry, an aesthetician, isn't allowed under California law to give Botox injections, to anyone. Only a doctor or registered nurse can perform the procedures.
