Steven Powell has been found guilty on all 14 counts of voyeurism, a jury unanimously decided on Wednesday.

The charges stemmed from an investigation into the 2009 disappearance, Susan Powell, and investigators in that case found a disc in his bedroom that allegedly contained images of young girls who lived next door.

“I think that this was the right verdict and I hope that it brings comfort and a sense of justice to the families of the girls that he victimized,” Kirk Graves, who is married to Powell's daughter, Jennifer, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. “At least a small amount of justice is served in this small case.

After Dr. Grant Smith pleaded not guilty on Monday to charges that he watched child pornography on a plane, his father talked exclusively to RadarOnline.com about the scandal that has rocked their family.

"I am about shocked the charges that are brought against him," the University of Utah science professor's dad, Bruce Smith, told us.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Dr. Smith was arrested on a charge of child pornography possession Saturday by authorities in Massachusetts immediately after his Utah-to-Boston flight landed at Logan Airport. He was held in lieu of $75,000 cash bail Monday.

The man arrested after being discovered watching child pornography on a Delta flight from Utah to Boston Saturday is a high profile college professor, married with two children, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Dr. Grant D. Smith was arrested by Massachusetts State Troopers after the flight landed at Boston Logan Airport. He's been charged with being in the possession of child pornography.

He's yet to make bail, and a law enforcement official told RadarOnline.com he may face additional charges when he's arraigned Monday.

Dr. Grant is an accomplished science professor at the University of Utah. His official University biography lists his research interests as "Soft Condensed Matter" and "Ionic and Electrolytic Liquids."  He has numerous published articles in academic journals.

He's the father of two, married but, according to his Facebook page, separated from his wife earlier this year.

Grant Smith was arrested Saturday afternoon after a fellow passenger in the first class cabin of his flight from Salt Lake City to Boston alerted the crew that the man was watching child pornography on his laptop!

Smith, 47, from Cottonwood Heights, Utah, was taken into custody by the Massachusetts State Police at Boston Logan Airport as soon as the Delta flight arrived at 4 pm.

Smith has been charged with possession of child pornography and other charges are pending, officials told the AP.

Grant's bail was set at $15,000.  He'll be arraigned Monday.

A University of Utah science professor pleaded not guilty in a Boston courtroom Monday to accusations he watched child porn on his laptop during a cross-country Delta flight.

As we previously reported, Dr. Grant D. Smith was arrested on a charge of child pornography possession Saturday by authorities in Massachusetts immediately after his Utah-to-Boston flight landed at Logan Airport. He was ordered held in lieu of $75,000 cash bail Monday.

Prosecutor Erik Bennett said that a fellow passenger in first class on Smith’s flight number 270 saw him watching the movies and told flight attendants. They subsequently alerted officials and told Smith to shut his university-issued Mac Book.

UPDATE: Smith pleaded not guilty in court Monday morning. The judge ordered him held in lieu of $75,000 cash bail and a pretrial hearing was set for Dec. 27.

A fellow passenger in first class on flight number 270 told the attendants, who subsequently alerted officials. A passenger took a cell phone pic of the professor viewing a child porn video, CNN affiliate WCVB reported.

A mother is facing child endangerment charges after allegedly forcing her own daughter to strip and pose nude on Skype.

Ann Lussier, 41, from Attleboro, Massachusetts is accused of making her child strip in the hopes of winning a $20,000 mother-daughter bikini photo shoot.

According to authorities Lussier first made the girl her pose in her underwear before telling her to completely disrobe while a man who claimed to be a Florida-based photographer watched via Skype.

"The parent had to show the man what both she and the victim looked like with no clothes on, reportedly so he could see the shape of their bodies," court documents stated.

Lussier later told her twin sister about the Skype encounter, but only to complain to her how 'uncooperative' her daughter had been.  According to court documents, the aunt could hear her niece crying in the background, and subsequently called the cops.

A former editor for Jon & Kate Plus 8 has been charged with 10 counts of sex exploit of a minor, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

William Blankinship, 56, was arrested on October 21 in North Carolina as part of the State Bureau Investigation sting known as “Operation Spyglass” -- where a total of 24 men were given felony charges for the possession and distribution of child pornography and/or sexual acts with a minor.

Morgan Wilson, the hot headed contestant who made it to the finals on season one of the reality show Top Chef: Just Desserts, has been indicted on child porn charges, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

The Plano, Texas native was indicted October 6 on three second-degree felony charges of possession with intent to promote child pornography.

Wilson was arrested on December 7, 2010 “after undercover investigators received several file transfer from Wilson’s computer via Limewire in September 2010.  The files allegedly contained images and videos of children as young as toddlers engaged in sexual acts,” according to the Plano Star-Courier.

According to the police affidavit, Wilson, 38, was shown three images that were downloaded by investigators in an initial search and he admitted that he viewed the images to the police.

R. Kelly's former manager, Jeff Kwatinetz of Prospect Management, is suing the singer for breach of oral contract and fraud, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Kwatinetz claims that at the height of R. Kelly's criminal case for child pornography, he agreed to rep the embattled singer with the understanding that he would receive a 15% commission deal.
