EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen Trying To Cut New Plea Deal With No Jail Time

Charlie Sheen is trying to cut a new plea deal for his criminal case in Colorado, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
RadarOnline.com has learned that the Two and a Half Men star is now trying to make a deal for NO jail time, but will accept probation. His previous deal called for 30 days behind bars and no probation.
But that deal fell apart at the last minute when Charlie was deemed ineligible for the work release program that was part of the deal.
That program would have allowed him to smoke.

Charlie Sheen’s wife has moved out and taken their one-year-old twin boys, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
After a week of uncertainty, Brooke Mueller made the decision to leave the marital home in the wake of Charlie being caught with another woman.

And RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Brooke’s mother is flying to LA to help her. “She going to help her with the move and to support her,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
Brooke has had enough of her marriage to Charlie and another source very close to her confirmed to RadarOnline.com that she took twins Bob and Max and moved out.

Brooke had stayed at the house one night last week and then left when Charlie came back. They traded nights sleeping there as the marriage – already in trouble – hit a new low when Charlie was photographed with Angelina Tracy.
As RadarOnline.com reported exclusively, Sheen brought Tracy back to his house when Mueller wasn’t around. He also took her to his manager Mark Burg’s house when Burg wasn’t home.

“Brooke is doing great and she is happy to be moving forward and in the right direction,” the first source told RadarOnline.com.
And Charlie is apparently happy with the situation, sources told us. “He’s on board,” said one person who knows him.
Charlie returned to using escorts and also had a drug relapse that landed him in rehab. And while his people say he and Brooke are trying to “figure things out” – she’s already figured out that she doesn’t want to be near him. And he’s accepted it.
“Brooke is furious,” another source told RadarOnline.com. “He cheated on her – in their house! And she’s caught him before but he tried to lie his way out of it.”
Taking the twins is sure to devastate Charlie, who despite all his problems is devoted to his children.
But the marriage has been awful from nearly the beginning, as RadarOnline.com reported, and now Brooke and Charlie have realized they can no longer live in the same place.
