EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Farrah Fawcett's Friend Calls Lawsuit Against Producer "One Big Lie"
Posted on Jan 30, 2010 @ 09:09AM - 3 comments

It’s getting even uglier. Another of Farrah Fawcett’s trusted circle has spoken out against the lawsuit against producer Craig Nevius, which was supposedly instigated in her honor.

Photographer Lisa Boyle labeled the legal claim “a load of s---” and “one big lie” in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com.
“Farrah would not have wanted what is going on,” said Boyle, who met Fawcett on the set of the 2004 reality show "Chasing Farrah" and remained a confidante up until her death from cancer last year.
EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Farrah's Assistant Disputes Claims In Her Estate's Lawsuit Against Producer
Last week, Farrah's estate filed a lawsuit against Nevius, accusing him of misappropriating funds and selling out the star by leaking information and footage without her approval.
Nevius is already suing O'Neal, Fawcett's friend Alana Stewart and business manager Richard B. Francis over the NBC television special "Farrah's Story,"
accusing them of forcing him out.

According to the suit, when the producer turned in his cut of the film, it was "amateurish and sensationalized, and looked like tabloid journalism.
“Which was not at all what Ms. Fawcett wanted," the suit alleges.
But Boyle told RadarOnline.com that Farrah approved of the never-before-seen cut of the documentary, titled "A Wing & A Prayer."
“I went over to Craig’s house to watch a cut of the documentary and I was crying because it was so moving,” she said. “Craig called Farrah to have me
speak with her and pass on my reaction."
“Farrah told me, ‘Oh, it’s all because of Craig. He is in charge of this production and it is all because of him that this has come together. He has done an amazing job.’ Farrah was raving about him as a producer and she valued him even more as a friend.”
EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENT: Read Farrah's Will
Boyle is the latest to speak out against the clique of O’Neal, Stewart and Francis.
Earlier this week, Farrah’s former personal assistant Mike Pingel defended Nevius. Former Charlie’s Angel Kate Jackson has also gone on the record to question the law suit.
“I like Ryan, I have shot Ryan and I have never had anything against him,” added Boyle.
“But what he and those in his group are doing is wrong. It is wrong to lie and this is one big lie.”
Still, there are plenty who see both camps as trying to profit off Farrah’s name long after her death.
Farrah Fawcett Is Laid To Rest: Details of the Touching Ceremony
Posted on Jun 30, 2009 @ 11:06PM - 2 comments
Less than a week after succumbing to a long battle with cancer, Farrah Fawcett was laid to rest on Tuesday during a ceremony held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Angels in Los Angeles.
Click here for more pictures of the ceremony
As the hearse bearing Fawcett’s body pulled up to the church, longtime love Ryan O’Neal (who was also spotted wearing what looked like a simple, gold wedding ring), best friend Alana Stewart, and a handful of men waited outside to receive her. Former fellow Charlie’s Angels Jaclyn Smith and Kate Jackson were also spotted entering the ceremony. Eight pallbearers brought her coffin- which was covered with a huge bouquet of orange, yellow and white flowers- into the church shortly before the church bells began to ring.
Her son Redmond was also on hand and read the first reading from the Bible (Lamentations 3: 17 - 26). Ryan read the second reading (Wisdom 3: 1- 9).
The program passed out at the ceremony was an ode to the icon's glamorous persona. On the cover of the pamplet, Fawcett- in a sequined dress- is shown giving a million-dollar smile to the camera as her trademark hair runs curly and free. Inside the cover the words of James Joyce set the tone for the somber event. From his quoted poem At That Hour:
Play on, invisible harps, unto Love,
Whose way in heaven is aglow
At that hour when soft lights come and go,
Soft sweet music in the air above
And in the earth below.
