Admitting she was intoxicated at the time of the incident, Shawntia Hardaway appeared before the District Court of Maryland and requested the charges against Mario be dropped.

As if he doesn’t already have enough health issues to worry about, Michael Lohan says he’s now getting threats from his ex-fiance’s…well, ex-fiance. Sound confusing? Lohan told RadarOnline.com that his bitter legal battle with Erin Muller has been made worse by her former fiancé, Joe Clements, who has gotten involved and is allegedly sending him threatening text messages.

RadarOnline.com obtained some of the text messages that Lohan claims Clements sent him. In one, Clements thinks Lohan is watching his every move and even says he wishes Lindsay’s dad would have another heart attack.
“I even catch a shadow and you’ll pray for a heart attack,” the message reads. “Stay the (bleep) away from me or you will suffer…far worse than you can imagine.” Another text says, "One more thing, stay the (bleep) away. U have no idea. U said it yourself. U will thank me for the friendly advice. STAY THE (bleep) AWAY."

In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Michael says: “If this doesn’t stop, the recordings will be filed with more charges. AGAIN, I don’t want that. I don’t need it and neither does Erin, but it seems the people around her continue to wreak havoc. If Joe wants Erin, God bless them. Maybe they should stop posting comments on blogs saying they are together so I can stop being accused falsely of following them on GPS systems. I have better and more valuable things to do with my life. All I want is to be left alone and to have some peace!”
