Another week, another alcohol-related incident involving David Hasselhoff. The 57-year-old Knight Rider star -- after days of hard drinking at his St Martin's Lane Hotel in London, England -- accidentally hit a doctor called up to help him, and had to be taken to a rehab unit at nearby Capio Nightingale Hospital.
Hasselhoff, the UK Sun reported, was in England for Simon Cowell's birthday party last Saturday, and was so hammered he had to be escorted out of the hotel via a side door.

Ex-Alice in Chains bassist and Celebrity Rehab alumnus Mike Starr was arrested Monday in Los Angeles on a drug charge.
Starr, who is currently being held at the Bauchet Street Jail in Downtown LA, was arrested on a felony narcotics charge.

His bail is set for $100k and he is due for arraignment at the Pasadena Superior court on October 14th.

Starr, 43, is no stranger to legal troubles - his past charges include DUI, reckless driving and various drug charges.

Former beauty queen and actress Tawny Kitaen was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
She was arrested at 3 PM near John Wayne Airport in Newport Beach, CA.
This is at least the sixth bust for Tawny -- our mug shot is from a 2001 arrest.

Redmond O'Neal is no longer a jailbird!
A judge ruled Thursday that O'Neal be released from jail and sent to Impact Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center in West Pasadena for one year's in patient residential treatment.

However, O'Neal's legal woes are far from over. He is due back in court September 30 to face charges stemming from a DUI and possession bust last January, and a parole violation when Sheriff's searched dad Ryan's house last September and found drugs.

Both are open cases but all charges could be dropped if O'Neal successfully completes one year's treatment at Impact.

Call it maternal instinct, but Kari Ann Peniche's mother Lee Ann knew there was something off with her daughter's housemate and Celebrity Rehab roommate Mindy McCready. On the heels of allegations that McCready released the steamy tape of former Miss Teen USA Peniche's naked romp with Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart, her mother told RadarOnline.com that McCready stayed well past her welcome at Peniche's home and simply refused to leave. The tension seemed to reach a breaking point as late as last week!

"Kari opened up doors and welcomed her when she had no place to stay and that’s a typical Kari Ann," Lee Ann said. "The only thing I knew about Mindy McCready was that there was a problem and that she’s had to have her removed from her house."

Lee Ann also revealed that McCready did not pay rent and "was only supposed to stay a few days but weeks went by and [Kari Ann] couldn't get [McCready] out of her house." Visiting her daughter last week, Lee Ann was already well aware of some tension: "I knew something was up when I was down there. As much as I knew she had some problems, not this, but problems with Mindy McCready, getting her out of her house."
"I just know that Kari Ann was trying to get her to leave and was asking several people to help her and I don’t know how she finally got her out but Mindy would not leave... obviously it wasn’t a good situation and that’s where they’re at."

Its just another lazy summer day in Southern California: the sky is blue, water is wet and actor Tom Sizemore is under arrest –again.
The Los Angeles Police Dept.'s Rampart Division told RadarOnline.com the Natural Born Killers star is accused of slapping with his girlfriend Wednesday, and was arrested on domestic battery charges. With bail set at $20,000, police said the arrest was "non-eventful."
Drug Case Dismissed Against Guns N' Roses Drummer Steven Adler

Steven Adler had a felony drug case against him dismissed on Monday after successfully completing a court-order drug program. The former Guns N' Roses drummer was in a Los Angeles Superior Court to hear the good news from Commissioner Donald Kennedy.
Adler, a graduate of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, had pled no contest to a felony drug possession charge in 2008. The dismissal was "about the best you can get," his attorney Barry Gerald Sands said.

Mischa Barton Under Involuntary Psychiatric Hold

After weeks of speculation about Mischa Barton’s newly filled-out figure (and face), news has surfaced that the Los Angeles police department placed her under a 5150- or an involuntary psychiatric hold- and transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Wednesday night according to Access Hollywood.
Authorities had responded to her home after receiving a non-911 call around 3 pm earlier that day. The patrol car who responded to the scene then began assisting the actress with a “medical issue.”

A 5150 allows authorities to hold a person involuntarily if it is deemed they present a danger to themselves or other, are gravely disabled or suffer from a mental disorder. Barton can be held in the hospital for up to 72 hours.
Following her 2007 drug overdose on Memorial Day, a close friend of Barton's lamented: "This girl is going to end up arrested, in rehab or dead if she doesn't get it together. She is on a path to destruction and nobody can seem to get through to her."
