Nick Lachey is going to be a first-time dad!

The hunky former boy bander -- who’s now married to Vanessa Lachey (formerly Minnillo) -- announced on Live! With Kelly Monday that the couple is expecting their first baby, due late summer or early fall.

Lachey  --  who was filling in as a  special guest co-host on Live!  -- said that after Vanessa appeared on the show in early January, "she started to feel a little different, not herself. So she went to the store, got a pregnancy test, and it came back positive. So we are having a baby!"

They’ve been together since 2005 and are the parents of six kids, but Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt obviously still have the hots for each other.

Blushing just a bit about being so revealing, the Kung Fu Panda 2 star added, 'He’s got the wonderful balance of being an extraordinary, great, loving father, a very, very intelligent man and physically he’s a real man in all things that it means.

“I love being a woman. I love that I can have children,” Angie added.  “I love feeling soft, I love being with Brad, I love all the sensitivity and natural emotion.”

Elton John's baby, Zachary Furnish John, leads a pretty posh life for a three-month-old, getting pushed through Manhattan by a Mary Poppins wannabe.

Zachary was born on Christmas Day to a surrogate and has been living in the lap of luxury with Elton and boyfriend David Furnish in homes all over the world. 

John spoke about raising the child with his immense wealth while trying not to spoil him.
