The 41-year-old reality star turned business mogul has, in a few short years, built a successful empire and landed on the cover of Forbes magazine.

Papers are expected to be filed in Los Angeles County next week, but it's unclear whether it will be Heidi or Seal who files.

The couple wed in 2005 at Seal's lavish vacation home in Mexico. They have four children, and became famous for renewing their vows every year at festive parties with their friends.

The Project Runway producer/host and the soulful singer were last seen together January 7 on an outing with their kids. Seal was spotted alone Friday at L.A.X.

They've been married for eight years and have two children together, but Chris Martin isn't taking any of that for granted.

In an interview airing October 16 on 'CBS Sunday Morning,' the Coldplay frontman admits his marriage to Gwyneth Paltrow makes him feel like he is a huge winner.

It's the first time Martin has ever spoken publicly about his wife. The two are notorious for keeping their marriage out of the limelight and have only rarely even been photographed together.

The alternate rock star also addressed the rumor that he'd had only one serious romance in his life. "That's right. I'm in it," Martin said.

Interviewer Anthony Mason pointed out that his inexperience was 'pretty unusual' and told him he had made 'quite a leap' to which the 34-year-old replied; "It's a big leap? What, from being a loser to going out with an Oscar winner?

"It's a giant leap. Lets face it, it's like winning the lottery."

The pair exchanged vows in 2003 and have two children, Moses, five and Apple, seven and being a parent has changed Martin's career too.

"It's made it more focused," he said. "And you have a purpose. I like what it does. Just the idea of having to work hard so your kids are okay."

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are maintaining their wall of silence, even while the story of their split --  broken by Star magazine -- has gained worldwide attention.

In fact Demi, who previously tweeted several times a day to her 4 million followers, hasn't updated her Twitter page since the Star issue containing the blockbuster story went on sale on Wednesday.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed last week, Demi and Ashton are also no longer following each other on Twitter.

The pair, married six years, did attend services at the Kaballah Centre in Los Angeles Friday but they left separately, with Ashton clearly looking unhappy as he climbed back into his black Lexus sedan.

The latest scandal for the couple came after they spent their anniversary apart, with Ashton partying in San Diego.

Sara Leal, 23, is alleged to have hooked up with the new Two and a Half Men star at the Hard Rock Hotel that night.

It was the last straw for Demi, who sources told Entertainment Tonight was "embarrassed" by the claim.  The TV show also reported that Demi and Ashton have been essentially "living apart" for the last two months.
