Nicollette Sheridan is dropping the most explosive claims from her lawsuit against her former Desperate Housewives employers and as a result she will not have to submit to a psychiatric evaluation, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

In April, Sheridan sued the show’s creator Marc Cherry, Touchstone Television Productions, ABC Studios, and ABC entertainment for $20 million in relation to her firing. She alleged assault and battery, emotional distress, gender violence and wrongful termination- all claims ABC said were “without merit.”

In papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 17, Sheridan dropped claims of physical injury and emotional distress. As  a result, the defense has agreed to drop its request for a psychiatric and physical examination. Both parties stipulated to this agreement and the case will continue without those causes of action after a judge signs the stipulation.

Sources connected to the Lethal Weapon star have revealed Oksana's former attorneys - the same advisors who could be questioned by Sheriff's investigators in the extortion investigation - produced this photo during marathon two-day talks to settle their legal battle, which included a settlement of up to $20 million.

"Oksana's lawyers showed the photo and stated it revealed a mark on Lucia's face following the incident at Mel's Malibu home on January 6," a source close to the case told RadarOnline.com.

However, lawyers for the Oscar winning actor insisted the photo did not show a mark, cut or injury to Lucia.

"Mel's camp believes this could be crucial to the Sheriff's extortion investigation as the photo wasn't presented until the second day of mediation, after the actor's settlement offer had already been made to Oksana."

The Los Angeles District Attorney charged Tamika Cottle, the wife of rapper T.I., with a misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance on Friday, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Last month, Cottle and T.I. were pulled over in Los Angeles on a traffic stop when authorities smelled marijuana. Police also found pills in their car.

According to papers filed Friday, ecstasy was found in the vehicle.

"On or about September 1, 2010, in the County of Los Angeles, the crime of POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, in violation of HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTION 11377(a), a Misdemeanor, was committed by TAMEKA DIANNE COTTLE, who did unlawfully possess a controlled substance, to wit, MDMA, ECSTASY," the legal document read.

Her arraignment is set for Monday, November 1, in Beverly Hills.

Cottle does not have to appear.

Mike Skiff, a Los Angeles credentialed cameraman, is suing Sacha Baron Cohen, his production company and several others for assault and battery, violation of civil rights, and inciting a riot. Skiff is seeking $25,000 in damages.

According to the lawsuit, on November 2, 2008, Skiff was photographing a Proposition 8 demonstration in Los Angeles. Bruno Productions, Baron’s production company, was also at the rally, shooting for the film Bruno.

In court documents Arden Silverman, who is not a lawyer but is representing himself in the case, claims the singer owes him money because: "an account was stated in writing by and between plaintiff and defendant in which it was agreed that defendant was indebted by plaintiff...for work labor, services and material rendered at the special instance and request of defendant and for which defendant promised to pay plaintiff the sum of $270,000."

Mel Gibson has been ordered to shell out even more money towards ex Oksana Grigorieva’s legal fees, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Judge Scott Gordon has said that Gibson must pay Oksana’s former lawyer Manley Freid an additional $250,000.

With a probation violation hearing scheduled for October 22, Lindsay Lohan’s treatment team is recommending the actress stay in rehab for at least forty five days and may request that any jail time be at least deferred until her treatment is finished, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.
