The man she bought her house from, Amer Haddadin has threatened to file legal papers to start the foreclosure process by the end of business Tuesday, claiming that Nadya’s father Ed Suleman hasn’t made good on a $450,000 loan. Nadya’s mom Angela told RadarOnline.com on Tuesday morning that her daughter is “definitely keeping the house.”

And she says “some person who wasn’t honest is going to be sued.” She is referring to Haddadin, who the family claims did not disclose water leaks and roof problems. And Angela now says the repair costs were in excess of $10,000.

Octo-Mom is leasing her Southern California home from her father who bought it for $565,000. The home in La Habra was signed over last year to Ed Suleman who was supposed to pay about $4,000 a month plus a final balloon payment of $450,000 this year.

The family was reportedly late on recent payments and also missed the balloon payment so the mortgage holder is threatening foreclosure.

“I had two houses, and now I’m in a rental,” Angela Suleman says. And she says it’s because her famous daughter borrowed money “and she never paid me a cent.” Suleman says her daughter known as Octo-Mom is “so out of it, she doesn’t care.”
Octuplets Celebrate Low-Key First Birthday
Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman is now being threatened with eviction from her La Habra, California home because she and her father haven’t kept up with payments.
“I’m done with all these problems with my daughter,’ Angela says, “I just see the grandchildren and that’s it.”

As for the octuplets, Angela says they “are so healthy, so loveable, they are so alert.”
The children are all starting to run and walk. And at a time when she’s in fear of losing her home, Angela says “Nadya needs a bigger house.”
