On the day that it's announced that Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Muller have reached a divorce agreement, Brooke has checked into rehab, RadarOnline.com has learned.

A source tells RadarOnline.com that Brooke, who has a crack addiction, has checked into a rehab facility for 30 days.

This is at least the sixth time that Brooke has checked into rehab. Previously she was treated at Two Dreams in North Carolina and The Canyons in Malibu, California.
