A Manhattan judge has tossed out a multi-million dollar claim for half of Oscar-winning actor Michael Douglas’ pay check from his ex-wife Diandra Douglas.

She wanted half of the 66-year-old’s fortune he earned from "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps”, the box office hit in which Douglas reprised the role of financial villain Gordon Gekko.

Actor Randy Quaid gave his first live television interview on Friday talking about his "Hollywood Star-Whacker" conspiracy theory.

Appearing on CBS's The Early Show, Quaid - speaking from Vancouver, Canada - also explained why he and his wife Evi missed a court hearing in Santa Barbara, California earlier this week.

Quaid told The Early Show's Maggie Rodriguez:  "Well, I didn't miss the court date. I didn't have to appear. I have other issues up here that prevented me from attending that court date."

UPDATE: One of the items being discussed behind closed doors is a request by Oksana’s ex attorneys for more legal fees from Mel Gibson, RadarOnline.com has learned. Mel has already shelled out $250,000 to Oksana’s lawyer, as he is required to pay their fees. Oksana’s ex lawyer Marci Levine is in court trying to collect for her firm. Judge Scott Gordon previously awarded $250,000 to Levine’s partnere Manley Fried.

John Travolta has given his final testimony of the day in the trial against two defendants accused of attempting to extort $25 million from the actor following his son's tragic death in January.

Travolta recounted how Jett was taken to the hospital via ambulance with John sitting in the back with his son, and wife Kelly Preston sitting in the front passenger seat.

He stated that the ambulance driver was the person who also signed the liability release document, a document that is at the core of the trial. Cops say John was threatened that unless he paid a fortune, the document would be released, making it look like he refused treatment for his dying son.

Travolta testified he helped perform compressions on Jett during the trip to the hospital.

Gritting his teeth, he went on to say that Jett was brought into the hospital on a gurney. Travolta said he remained with his son until he and his wife were asked to leave Jett’s side while the teenager was being worked on.

A short time later, Travolta and Preston were taken to the rear of the hospital and told that Jett was “not alive.”

Travolta stated that he remained in Freeport in four days before going home to Ocala, Florida
