According to Lindsay's dad Michael, the Lohan family is trying to ensure Lindsay's sobriety by surrounding her with positive influences.

"When Lindsay gets out, I want to have the right team of people around her, not the Hollywood types who leached on her in the past," Michael told RadarOnline.com.

Photos surfaced on Thursday of Michael Lohan peering inside Lindsay's mouth and it's because the actress had dental surgery and is refusing to take painkillers, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

"Lindsay had tooth surgery this week," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

The troubled wife of former Party Of Five star Jeremy London, Melissa Cunningham, has been released from a Los Angeles hospital after she suffered a brain hemorrhage, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

As RadarOnline.com first revealed, Cunningham was admitted to the hospital from Pasadena Recovery Centre, where she was undergoing drug rehabilitation for an addiction to prescription pills.

“Melissa checked into rehab last Wednesday and was having a really hard time with withdrawal,” said a source close to the couple.

Shortly after Jeremy London checked into VH1’s Celebrity Rehab last weekend his wife Melissa Cunningham – who was already checked into Celebrity Rehab herself – suffered a brain hemorrhage, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

Melissa was taken to a Los Angeles area hospital from the Pasadena Recovery Center where she was undergoing drug addiction treatment from Dr. Drew.

“Melissa checked into rehab last Wednesday and was having a really hard time with withdrawal,” a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com.

“After Jeremy checked in on Sunday Melissa suffered the brain hemorrhage and was immediately taken to the hospital.”

According to sources Melissa is still in the hospital. Her condition has not been released.

Lindsay Lohan’s new attorney Robert Shapiro made an official announcement on Friday that he was taking her case on and touched on the actress’ ongoing substance abuse issues and looming jail time.

“I have agreed to represent Ms. Lohan on the condition that she complies with all of the terms of her probation, including a requirement of jail time that was imposed by Judge Marsha Revel,” Shapiro said in a statement.
