Chuck Lorre, the outspoken creator of Two and a Half Men, 'spoke' out Monday night at the end of his hit CBS show about his troubled star.

As fans of the show know, Lorre always ends the show with a so-called 'vanity card' -- a quick graphic containing Lorre's personal rant that's only on the screen for a few seconds at most.

On Monday, he took issue with his star.

Dawn Holland, the woman alleging Lindsay Lohan attacked her in a drunken rampage, has told RadarOnline.com exclusively that TMZ paid her at least $10,000 for an interview and photos of injuries – making the financial agreement while she was still a healthcare worker, in violation of federal law.

In an unpaid interview with RadarOnline.com, Holland said she made an agreement with TMZ, the entertainment news website, to speak about a violent incident with the 24-year-old actress. Because she is a healthcare worker that agreement could put her and the website in violation of HIPAA laws and subject them to criminal prosecution.

Holland worked as a clinical technician at the sober house treating Lohan.  She said she was fired after she violated patient confidentiality by speaking to TMZ, as RadarOnline.com first revealed.

Dawn Holland, the Betty Ford Center staffer who claimed Lindsay Lohan assaulted her, says she has been fired from the treatment center, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Holland said she was suddenly fired aound 5pm PT Tuesday and said her termination was because she gave an interview about Lindsay to TMZ while she was still employed as a health care provider, violating patient confidentiality.

“Betty Ford Center terminated me and I’m now going full force,” she told RadarOnline.com, from her home in Palm Springs. She did not clearly define what “going full force” meant.

In a new statement from her attorney, Lindsay Lohan kept mum about the allegations that she assaulted a Betty Ford Center worker but hinted at her innocence, pointing out that she was the one who requested for police assistance.

"At this time, we are declining to comment on the underlying facts surrounding this incident, as we await the completion of the police investigation,” the statement from Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, of LA firm Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump & Aldisert, said.

“It should be noted, however, that it was Ms. Lohan who called 911 to request police assistance at the time this incident occurred."

With the Thanksgiving holiday just two days away Lindsay Lohan’s mom is still hoping that she will be able to spend the holiday with her daughter in their home state of New York, she tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“I am still trying to get her to New York to be with us for Thanksgiving,” Dina told RadarOnline.com.

Although Lindsay wanted to join her family back east, it looks as if she is stuck in California for Thanksgiving this year, RadarOnline.com has learned.

“The judge has not given her permission to leave the state, in fact, she can’t get permission until after January 3rd,” said our source.

But even with the judges orders in place, Dina has not given up trying to be with her daughter and longs to spend time with her.

"I would love to have her with me during the holidays,” Dina told RadarOnline.com.

But a friend of the star feels that staying in Los Angeles might just be the best thing for his close pal.

“She’s been doing really well in rehab, and it’s just better that she doesn’t travel while’s she’s still working on getting better.”

Meanwhile, the Betty Ford Center will be serving a buffet-style Thanksgiving dinner. The cafeteria staff will prepare turkey, ham, stuffing and all the  holiday trimmings.

During dinner there will be a "Gratitude Celebration" where family members and staff take the opportunity to praise each patient and congratulate them for maintaining a sober and drug free life.
