Once again former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills regular Cedric Martinez is dishing on his former co-stars, but this time he has words of concern for Kim Richards, who he fears could be the next fatality.

“I've known all along that Kim's serious drug and alcohol problems were the least of her worries,” Martinez revealed in an e-mail to RadarOnline.com on Wednesday.

“Her addictions mask much deeper self-loathing and anger issues that she must address if she is ever going to be happy.”

Cedric Martinez caused drama on Monday night's episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills when he showed up to Lisa Vanderpump's club opening uninvited — except RadarOnline.com has learned he was invited.

Lisa had a very public falling out with her former houseguest Cedric last year, making his appearance at the opening of SUR lounge even more awkward.

"I have no idea what you're doing here. What do you want from me that you haven't had already?" Lisa quipped.
