A New York gentlemen's club named one of their VIP rooms after bad boy Charlie Sheen and not only did they not have his permission to do so, but the club was sent a legal letter by his attorney demanding they stop.
"We got notification from his lawyer to cease and desist, claiming the usage of his name would be detrimental to his persona. They said they would sue us for millions if we carried on," the president of the company that owns Cheetahs Gentlemen's Club, Sam Zherka, said.

Charlie Sheen’s new show is called Anger Management; the mercurial actor might have needed some help opening his mail as of late, as his old pals at Warner Bros. sent him a cease-and-desist letter for using their promotional photos to plug his upcoming FX comedy at a recent trade show.
Sheen, the FX network and production company Debmar-Mercury received the warning, connected to the exhibition of at least two Warner Bros.-owned pics used last month in January at the Miami NATPE convention, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Pop singer/actor Jesse McCartney isn't feeling so sweet Wednesday, as the singer's attorneys tried to put the kibosh on a photo leaked to the media, allegedly showing the 22-year-old lying on a bed, clad in only a candy G-string.
McCartney's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, distributed a cease and desist letter to media outlets, warning them of immediate legal action against anyone who publishes the photo.
