Casey Anthony hits another milestone -- she’s spending her first birthday not behind bars in three years.

The reviled ‘Tot Mom’ turns 26 Monday, less than a year after being acquitted of her daughter Caylee Marie Anthony’s murder by a Florida jury.

Casey was arrested in October 2008 and stood trial for Caylee’s murder in 2011.

Casey Anthony's attorney's don't want her to show up for a civil trial next month because they say her life is in danger.

Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman who's name was dragged through the mud when Casey implicated her in Caylee Marie Anthony's disappearance, has her legal team trying to get Casey's address so they can subpoena her.

But Casey's attorneys, Cheney Mason and Charles Geene, asked Judge Lisa Munyon not to reveal Casey's secret whereabouts stating she will be in grave danger if she has to show her face in public because threats have been made to her and her family.

"The media and public want her here for reasons that have nothing to do with justice," Greene said during a press conference in Florida on Monday.

Casey Anthony has told her probation officer that she is unemployed, has no income whatsoever, hasn’t used any illegal drugs but has consumed alcohol, although “not to excess.”

According to a report released on Tuesday, Anthony reported to her probation officer at an undisclosed location on Monday, as she is required to do each month.

Anthony’s probation order requires her to “work diligently at a lawful occupation” but Gretl Plessinger, a spokesperson for the Florida Department of Corrections said Casey’s lack of employment isn’t cause for a probation violation citation.

The shocking jailhouse video of Casey Anthony learning that remains were found in the woods near her home while she was incarcerated was released on Friday and RadarOnline.com has the footage.

In the video, filmed in December 2008, Casey is escorted into a room and sits in a chair with her hands restrained, one hand between her legs while she watches a television off camera. 

35 seconds into the video Casey covers her face with her left hand and doubles over bending forward, no longer looking at the television. She continues to stay hunched over with her hair hanging in front of her face.  At 1:25 into the tape Casey wipes her eyes and clenches her fists.

Judge Orders Casey Anthony To Pay Double For Investigation Costs

Casey Anthony has been ordered to pay twice as much as she was originally scheduled to pay after being convicted of lying in the investigation of her missing daughter Caylee, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Judge Belvin Perry ruled on Friday that the amount Anthony, 25, must pay the Orange County Sheriff’s Office is $145,000, an increase over the $25,837 she was initially ordered to pay, bringing the total amount she owes to $217,499.23.

Perry had asked the Sheriff’s Department to resubmit documents that further detailed the cost of the search for little Caylee from July 15, 2008 to September 29, 2008 and they returned with the higher amount of costs.

Billy Bob Thornton’s estranged daughter Amanda Brumfield was found guilty of aggravated manslaughter of a child in May, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that a judge denied her request for a new trial and she will be sentenced for the crime on October 6.

Judge Reginald Whitehead issued his order on August 29, writing: “Defendant’s motion for a new trial is denied.”  Brumfield, 32, faces up to 30 years in prison at her sentencing.

A source close to Brumfield told RadarOnline.com that her defense team plans to file an appeal immediately following sentencing.

Casey Anthony has surrendered to the Florida Department of Corrections to begin serving a one-year probation term stemming from her 2010 check-fraud convictions, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In a statement, corrections officials said that Anthony reported for probation sometime Wednesday evening. No other details were immediately released by the department.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Anthony’s appeal of her probation was denied earlier Wednesday and she was ordered to serve her one year of probation in Orlando, Florida.

We’re learning new details about Casey Anthony’s surrender to the Florida Department of Probation Wednesday night to begin serving her one year of supervised probation for check fraud.

We’re learning new details about Casey Anthony’s surrender to the Florida Department of Probation Wednesday night to begin serving her one year of supervised probation for check fraud.

Corrections spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger held a news conference Thursday morning in Tallahassee, FL. and called Anthony’s situation “challenging” since there have been death threats against the notorious ‘Tot Mom’.  Because of that, the Department of Probation will not release the location where she is staying –  however, she also said Anthony “would be treated like any other offender.”

Plessinger said that Anthony met with her probation officer Wednesday night and that her attorneys were not present. She also indicated Anthony slipped in, without any commotion.

Casey Anthony's appeal was denied and she has been ordered to serve her one year of probation in Orlando, Fla. RadarOnline.com has learned.

A court of appeal in Daytona Beach just filed an order that says: "the petitioner and her lawyers were well aware that her probationary placement was not to begin until her release from confinement.  The petitioner may not, under these circumstances, take advantage of the administrative error of the Department of Corrections."

Casey's defense team has tried to argue that she served her probation stemming from her conviction in a check fraud case while she was incarcerated awaiting the trial for the alleged murder of her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.

Anthony’s lead attorney Jose Baez told Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera Sunday night that Casey is back in Florida and ready to report to probation in Orange County, should her appeal be denied.

“She is back in Florida. We brought her back in the event the appellate court rules sometime this week. And we're going to follow the law... and I’m certain she’ll do what’s asked of her, if necessary,” Baez said.
