EXCLUSIVE: Snooki Punches Girl In Bar Brawl

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “J-Woww” Farley allegedly threw punches at a fellow club patron while on the dance floor at a nightclub in Miami, and RadarOnline.com has learned that girl is Carrie Malec and she has filed a federal RICO complaint of assault and battery.

Malec claims that MTV and Viacom purposely orchestrate situations that will breed conflict and confrontation while filming the show in an effort to produce something that will boost ratings.

“Employees are employed and/or instructed to cause injury to others so that the show’s content can be developed to generate profits when airing the show,” Malec stated in the papers filed.

“Defendants are currently being sued by other individuals who have been victims of battery by cast members during tapings of the television show, unrelated to plaintiff’s claim.”

The incident occurred on May 6 at Tantra Restaurant & Lounge, just one day after RadarOnline.com exclusively reported another bar room brawl involving Snooki and J-Woww.

"Carrie didn't consent to criminal conduct and being beaten up on TV," Malec's attorney Blake Horwitz told RadarOnline.com. "She had scratches, bumps and bruises.

"A cast member decided to throw her to the ground and beat her up because she was supposedly dancing with a cast members boyfriend."

Although it's been widely reported that Malec is seeking $75,000 in damages, Horwitz tells RadarOnline.com, "She has not requested any monetary amount.

"To allow for federal jurisdiction there is a $75,000 minimum. It's been taken out of context and people don't understand what they're reading."

“Snooki just started swinging at the girl and then grabbed her neck,” an eyewitness said of the previous incident. “Snooki just kept calling her a wh**e.”

As for Malec’s run-in with the Jersey Shore cast, she said she wants punitive damages from MTV Networks, Viacom, Polizzi and Farley. She is also requesting that the episode in which the alleged assault occurred never airs.
