A Song for My Father features the sons and daughters of famous artists paying tribute to their parents with covers of their songs. Some of the highlights are Carlos Santana’s son Salvador covering Evil Ways, James Taylor’s son Ben performing Bartender’s Blues and Leonard Cohen’s son Adam’s rendition of Bird on a Wire. The album also features the children of Jim Croce, Bob Marley, Aaron Neville, John Phillips, Arlo Gutherie, Robin Gibb, Gregg Allman and Harry Chapin.

A remake of the 80s classic We Are The World was recorded Monday, as a star-studded cast of more than 100 entertainers -- highlighted by Barbara Streisand, Pink and Kanye West -- united at the same Hollywood recording studio the original was recorded at 25 years ago, with the proceeds from the new song's downloads earmarked for the ongoing Haitian relief efforts.

It’s all about Adam Lambert and Kris Allen on American Idol tonight with a superstar-packed, two-hour finale! Lots and lots to see, in addition to the traditional top 10 group numbers, performers confirmed for the results show are season-seven winner David Cook
, the Black Eyed Peas, Queen Latifah, Keith Urban, Lionel Richie, Carlos Santana and Cyndi Lauper. An Idol spokesperson said there will be additional performances on the finale show, but the full lineup has not yet been announced. The spokesperson also smashed rumors that Michael Jackson will appear on the finale. Apparently "Idol" castoff, Scott MacIntyre twittered that tidbit of info last week, but the rep swears it’s just a rumor! Or is it? Either way, it’s sure to be one of the most entertaining nights in Idol history!
TV SHOW UPDATE! Hey Scrub-ofiles! If you were saddened by rumors of last week’s series finale… we’ve been saved! Yes, Scrubs is coming back! After Zach Braff (J.D.) announced that he was leaving the show to pursue his career in directing, and last week’s season finale titled “My Finale,” it seemed the nail was in the proverbial coffin. But oh what a difference a contract negotiation can make!
