Charlie Sheen has dropped his extortion lawsuit against his New York City gal pal and porn star Capri Anderson.

RadarOnline.com has learned the former Two and a Half Men star nixed the lawsuit last Friday after numerous unsuccessful attempts to serve Anderson.

Anderson - real name Christina Walsh - was found naked in NYC's Plaza Hotel bathroom in October after police were called and she accused Sheen of assault and battery, claiming he threw a lamp and threatened to kill her while on a booze and cocaine fueled bender.

For a man who has had little trouble finding porn stars in the past, it seems bizarre that Charlie Sheen can’t find the one who catapulted his craziness into the headlines.

The ex-Two and a Half Men star sent a lawyer to a Los Angeles court again Monday, to tell a judge he has tried and failed to locate Capri Anderson, the porn star and high-priced escort who was with the actor in the New York Plaza Hotel in October, 2010, when he went on a very publicized bender.

She accused the actor of assault and battery, claiming he threw a lamp and threatened to kill her.

In response, Sheen said Anderson stole his $165,000 diamond encrusted Patek Philippe watch during their date and later demanded $1 million for her silence about his action on that fateful night.

Charlie Sheen's lawyers have filed legal documents stating that they have been unable to locate Capri Anderson (real name Christina Walsh) and properly serve her with papers in connection with a lawsuit that 45-year-old actor filed against the adult film star.

The documents, exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, state: "Plaintiff alleges that Walsh attempted to extort One Million Dollars from him after a consensual encounter at a hotel in New York City.

“Plaintiff also alleges that Walsh converted an antique watch from his hotel room valued at $165,000. Plaintiff seeks compensatory and punitive damages."

Charlie Sheen called into the Dan Patrick Show for the second time this week Wednesday, offering advice to another wayward star, Lindsay Lohan.

Sheen -- who said he's never been drunk or high on the set of Two And A Half Men once -- said he's got some advice for the Mean Girls star.

"I have some things I think she should consider, cause I don't tell anybody what to do," Sheen said. "Work on your impulse control ... just try and think things through a little bit before you do them.”

Of Lindsay's recent necklace fiasco, he said, presumably referring to the media, "They're so desperate to vilify ... without fact."

On Monday, Sheen called into the show, saying he's ready to return to work on his hit sitcom, Two and a Half Men. (He has not worked on the hit comedy since he fell ill January 27, and entered rehab shortly thereafter, causing the producers to suspend production on the hit CBS series.)

A raspy-voiced and clearly irritated Charlie Sheen told Dan Patrick Monday he's ready to return to work on his hit sitcom, Two and a Half Men.

Porn producer X-Play is set to release a DVD featuring many of Charlie Sheen's favorite porn stars, RadarOnline.com has learned. It's titled Not Charlie's Sheen Wives XXX.

The DVD is being described as an "explosive sex collection" that director Will Ryder has assembled.

UPDATE: Charlie Sheen’s rep tells RadarOnline.com the actor left the hospital Thursday night and will be on the set of Two and a Half Men on Tuesday.

Martin Sheen wants his son Charlie to go back to rehab, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

Martin showed up at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Thursday after Charlie was rushed there by ambulance.
