Disney darling Demi Lovato was spotted in Los Angeles Monday, sporting healthy curves after a very public battle with her eating disorder.

"There have been times when I definitely have been tempted to get rid of my dinner," she recently told Seventeen magazine. "But I will deal with it for the rest of my life because it’s a life-long disease.

Disney star Demi Lovato talked candidly about her battle with an eating disorder which ultimately led her to nearly three months in a rehab treatment facility, and RadarOnline.com has learned she admits it’s a “life-long disease.”

“There have been times when I definitely have been tempted to get rid of my dinner,” the 18-year-old Camp Rock actress told Seventeen Magazine in a recent interview.

“But I will deal with it for the rest of my life because it’s a life-long disease. I don’t think there’s going to be a day when I don’t think about food or my body, but I’m living with it, and I wish I could tell young girls to find their safe place and stay with it.”

Camp Rock star Demi Lovato has broken her silence after disappearing for four months due to "emotional and physical issues," as the 18-year-old Disney star uploaded a video online in which she proclaims she's "back," and thanks her fans repeatedly for their support during her rough patch.

"Hey guys, its me, Demi, I wanted to send you a message... and let you know that I am back and home," she said in the video message.

"I read all of the tweets, the trending topics and the fan mail and your support is what got me through this," she said in reference to the four-month sabbatical she took to deal with some "very, very difficult issues,” which were widely speculated on in the media as anorexia and cutting.

Disney star Demi Lovato, who left her tour with the Jonas Brothers to seek help for “emotional and physical issues,” is being treated at an Illinois rehab facility.

Lovato’s family was photographed visiting the Camp Rock starlet on November 7, according to GossipCenter.com. They stayed at a nearby hotel and were seen driving to the facility before heading back to the airport for their return to Los Angeles.

According to the facility’s website, they cater specifically to women and specialize in eating disorders, drug addiction, alcohol abuse, mood disorders and anxiety disorders.

In a curious twist of fate, the school where Demi Lovato was harassed as a teenager chose the week she checked into a treatment center to deal with "emotional and physical issues" to launch its anti-bullying campaign, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The Disney star has been outspoken about the bad treatment she received at the Cross Timbers Middle School in Grapevine, Texas, and even opted to become home schooled when it became too much.
