Michael Lohan's week is ending as badly as it began, and RadarOnline.com has exclusive new details in the Lohan family saga.
Since Lohan, 51, remains in the hospital with a foot injury after he tried to escape police early Thursday morning,  he was booked -- in absentia -- back into the Orient Road jail in Tampa, Florida early Friday morning.

A jail spokesperson exclusively told Radar that Lohan was "remotely booked" into the jail system while still being held at the hospital under police guard, which places him under the authority of the Hillsborough County Sheriff during the remainder of his medical treatment.

"He is still in the hospital and is expected in court on Saturday or Sunday morning," Larry McKinnon, spokesperson for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

Michael Lohan was back in a Florida court on Wednesday morning facing charges of domestic battery, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Lindsay's dad appeared exhausted and serious as he stood handcuffed in front of the judge in Tampa, Florida, who told him not to even "dream" about his ex-girlfriend, Kate Major.
