After surviving a two car collision with barely a scratch on her, pregnant country singer Jewel claims she only has one thing to thank - her car!

The 36-year-old star took to her Twitter saturday morning to sing the praises of the vehicle she was driving when she crashed Friday morning in Texas.

"1 thing I do know is my car saved my & my baby's life," she wrote. "Definitely going to get another Cadillac SRX! It absorbed all the damage and kept me safe!"

Jewel's car was hit on the passenger side by a Harbin Volunteer Fire Department truck driven by Erath County Commissioner Jim Pack, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Pack was on his way to a grass fire on Highway 67, with his lights and sirens on, when the accident occurred.

"Just a little sore and banged up but feeling so blessed," Jewel tweeted Saturday morning. "Dr said no working out so I'm going to take it easy this weekend."

Jewel and husband Ty Murray are expecting their first child later this Spring.

Samantha Ronson’s English bulldog Cadillac, who allegedly attacked and killed another dog last year, has been banned from the City of West Hollywood and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned if the dog returns to the city it will be “humanely destroyed.”

The DJ and friend of Lindsay Lohan was ordered to permanently remove Cadillac from the city within 10 days of the date January 6, 2011 according to documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.

The investigation into Samantha’s dog concluded “the guardian/custodian is unwilling or unable to properly train, handle or maintain the animal within the City of West Hollywood.”

A West Hollywood woman has filed a lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan's ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson for nearly a million dollars because her dog was mauled to death by the celebrity DJ's bulldog Cadillac and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive details.

In court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Farnouche Kamran claims she was also attacked by Ronson's 60-pound dog in the fatal attack that killed her beloved Tiger, a two-year old Maltese.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Kamran is suing Ronson, Empire West Homeowners and Monica Holtzer, the landlord of the building where Ronson and Kamran live, alleging negligence, assault, battery and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit was filed Friday morning in Southern California.
