Celebrity Apprentice star Jose Canseco is being sued for breach of contract after he tried unsuccessfully to send his twin brother to participate in a boxing bout, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Hollywood Boxing Federation President Damon Feldman has claimed the MLB slugger owes him $5,000 after he advanced him the salary for a celebrity boxing match at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL., on March 26.

It was canceled last minute amid speculation that Jose had sent his twin brother to fight the match in his place.

Angelina Pivarnick, the darling from “The Jersey Shore” is in need of a new manager as hers just got up and quit after just 6 weeks!  The reality star’s manager, Bryan Konoski, has just given his notice and RadarOnline.com has all the details.

In an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com, Konoski says, “he has terminated his management relationship with Angelina Pivarnick and will no longer be representing her from this point forward. While I cannot comment on the exact reasons why I decided to end my relationship with her, I do think that she has a bright future ahead of her and I wish her all the best.”

Konoski goes on to say that he worked very hard for the reality star and he was “extremely close” to landing her a contract to join a new show. His reasons for terminating his services with the reality star were not personal but purely professional.

“I had to make a business decision that was right for me and determined that Ms. Pivarnick just did not fit in with the direction that I wanted to take my business” Konoski says, adding “I truly hope that she can finalize the details of the new show and move forward in a positive direction.  However, from now on, whatever she chooses to do will be without me by her side.”

MTV Jersey Shore’s Angelina Pivarnick and the designer who dressed her for MTV Movie Awards in June continue to be locked in a bitter dispute over the clothing. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned designer Indashio is threatening to sue the reality TV star.

“I plan on suing for my services as well as [sic] damanges to my business. Having my signature dresses on the [sic] industries biggest supermodels is priceless and you really ruined my show!” Indashio wrote in an angry e-mail to Angelina on July 21. Indashio was upset that he was unable to showcase the dresses at Style Week Jamaica, where he was slammed for closing his show with a line of casual shorts and tops rather than the glitzy creations he lent to Angelina.

“My clothes have never been [sic] calleed anti-climatic or casual!!! I  have been so [sic] devistated by this I cannot wait to have my day in court!” he wrote.

When Pivarnick finally returned the dresses, the designer claims they were dirty and also took aim at Angelina’s public comments regarding his clothes: “THEN YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO TALK ABOUT MY DESIGNS TO THE MEDIA! IF [sic] SEQUENTS WERE POPPING OFF [sic]ITS CAUSE YOUR A FAT A** AND BROKE!” he added.  Angelina ended up choosing a tube mini dress that had a metallic animal print for her red carpet look at the awards show. The one of a kind dresses range from $495 in value to $1,200.

Indashio billed Pivarnick a total of $6,750 which covered a fitting fee, dry cleaning, late return fee, and “damages model” among other things.

Pivarnick’s rep Bryan Konoski sent an e-mail to Indashio asking him to cease and desist communication with Angelina and informing him that no payment will be rendered.

Angelina Pivarnick’s fate on MTV’s Jersey Shore is in peril once again, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Sources told RadarOnline.com that Pivarnick’s time on the show is “done,” meaning she would not return to finish shooting the second half of the second season which moves production from Miami back to New Jersey.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that Pivarnick- who also made a dramatic exit from the reality show’s first season- stopped living in the cast’s Miami digs weeks before the show stopped filming it’s first half. “She has never gotten along with the Jersey Shore cast,” a source said at the time.

This time however “it was Angelina’s decision to leave,” one source says.

When contacted by RadarOnline.com, Angelina’s rep Bryan Konoski was vague in a statement about her future on the show. “Angelina cannot confirm nor deny those rumors at this time. However, it is possible that she may not return to complete the filming of the second half of Season 2 of the Jersey Shore.  Decisions are being made at this time,” the statement said.

A rep from the show had "no comment" when contacted about the news.

"I've got to keep tabs on him, I can't have any other girls moving in on my territory," Angelina told RadarOnline.com. They have yet to settle on a place.

"Paulie professed his undying love for Angelina," her rep Bryan Konoski said. The couple has been dating for a month and Angelina has met Paulie’s mom. Angelina added to RadarOnline.com that his mother “is a really sweet woman” and “every one got along great.”
