Gilles Marini came back to visit the set of Dancing With The Stars Tuesday, and RadarOnline.com caught up with the gorgeous 34-year-old actor to discuss his rising career since coming in second place on ABC's hit ballroom competition last year.

Marini told RadarOnline.com’s Tina Malave he's "super-excited" about his current gig playing Luc Laurent on the ABC drama Brothers & Sisters, and recently inked a deal with the network to be a regular on the series.
"It's a dream come true, just because the nature of who I'm working with everyday," Marini told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "I'm working with the top people in the world and the honor is... I cannot explain."

The world famous Getty family is embroiled in one of the ugliest divorces in America and RadarOnline.com has obtained legal documents alleging that the billionaire grandson of oil tycoon J Paul Getty hit his wife, broke her arm and threatened her life.

In the explosive documents, Jacqueline Getty, who has filed for divorce from her husband Gordon Peter Getty Jr., claims he “hit me and broke my arm.”
She also asked for a restraining order “to protect me from additional acts of domestic violence.” Getty is the uncle to Brothers & Sisters TV Star Balthazar Getty.

In the documents dated January 29, 2010, Jacqueline claims, “Peter had a very bad, violent temper during the last year or two of our marriage; he made at least one threat to kill me, he hit me so hard that he broke my forearm (not at a joint), he has choked me and physically pushed me.”
She also alleges that “once he pushed me while at the same time calling me vile names.”

Jacqueline, who has been married to the heir to the Getty fortune for 10 years, says “I am afraid to be alone with Peter or allowing him to come near me unless my family, friends or attorneys are present.”
And she says the man worth $2 billion dollars has a flawed perception of right and wrong because he says “I am a Getty.”

The documents also give a rare glimpse into the extremely lavish lifestyle of the rich and famous. Jacqueline claims “my job was to help create a lifestyle that was ‘suitable’ for my husband and make his family proud of him and me.”
The documents reveal her wedding gown cost $100,000, she threw her husband a $40,000 birthday party, and they rented a summer home in Malibu at the cost of $50,000- $60,000 a month. They flew by private plane whenever possible and traveled to the Getty compound in Kona, Hawaii three to four times a year.

Getty reportedly had been giving Jacqueline $100,000 in support, but now she claims she needs at least $314,727 to keep the lifestyle that Getty had created for her.
