Actor Charlie Sheen was as jovial as we've seen him in awhile Tuesday night in Beverly Hills, where the Two and a Half Men star dined at swanky restaurant Mr. Chow with TV execs including CBS head Les Moonves.

The actor, who celebrated his 45th birthday last week, went casual in a brown button-up shirt and jeans. He smiled as he hung out for a while outside the restaurant, signing autographs for nearby fans after the business meeting.

The Two and a Half Men star told The Insider he worked Thursday until 8 p.m. before going to bed at 10:30 p.m. He said he was woken up by a call from his auto security company, OnStar, that his car had been in an accident. He said he peered out his window of his Mulholland Estates home to see the car was missing.

Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen's problems continued Friday, as the actor reported his four-door Mercedes stolen and officials found it -- at the bottom of a 100-foot cliff in Sherman Oaks, California.

Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller could leave a North Carolina rehab facility as early as Thursday, according to her mother, Moira Fiore.
Fiore told Access Hollywood on Wednesday that her daughter misses her infant twins Max and Bob, and wants to leave the Two Dreams Outer Banks drug and alcohol rehab center and return to Los Angeles.

Charlie and Brooke Mueller Sheen filed requests to ban KUSA-TV, a Denver-based NBC affiliate, from their hearing in an Aspen, Colorado courtroom next week, because televised coverage would “increase the circus-like atmosphere” of the case.
The hearing in question, slated for January 20, will address a mutual goal of both Sheens: to remove a provision in mandatory protection order that bans them from communicating with each other. The couple, their attorneys said, are interested in reconciling.

Actor Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller Sheen will face a Colorado judge January 20, in hopes of modifying a temporary restraining order imposed after their alleged domestic dispute Christmas day in Aspen, Colorado.
The Two and a Half Men star and his wife are seeking to reestablish contact with one another, as they are currently prohibited from doing so.
