Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has been found guilty of simple affray in connection with a violent fight that was all caught on videotape.

The other girls in the fight, Brittany Maggard and Britany Truett also were found guilty of the same charge. The simple assault charge was dismissed.

All three received the same sentence of  a 30 day jail sentence, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 24 hours of community service, and all must complete anger management classes.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans will be appearing in a North Carolina courtroom on Friday morning for a trial regarding her assault case, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Evans, 19, was charged with assault in March after she was involved in a fight over a boy with Britany Truett that was caught on camera.

“We have the fight case for a simple assault. We are going to trial and no plea offers have been given,” Evans’ attorney, Dustin Sullivan, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has completed her stint in rehab and RadarOnline.com has learned the reality television star has 30 days of sobriety under her belt.

The 19-year-old mother of one left her North Carolina home on May 7 to check into a treatment facility while her mother Barbara took custody of her son Jace.

“The rehab helped her out quite a bit with some of the issues she had going in,” Evans’ attorney, Dustin Sullivan told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

“She was tested for drugs in rehab, and she has now had a sober 30 days which is wonderful.”

The young girl who instigated the brutal Teen Mom 2 cat fight last week was arrested again on Tuesday afternoon, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to the Department of Corrections in North Carolina, Brittany Maggard’s arrest after the Teen Mom fight was the result of a probation violation stemming from a previous assault case.

Maggard was infamously spotted on video physically pushing Teen Mom 2 star Janelle Evans into 19-year-old Britany Truett, causing the two to engage in an all-out pummeling match.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has one hot temper and is potentially facing serious charges because of it, as the Brunswick County District Attorney's office is investigating a brutal beatdown she recently engaged in, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Earlier this week, Jenelle, 19, viciously attacked Britany Truett in North Carolina - punching Britany in the face with a closed fist before jumping on top of her and pummeling her with punch after punch after punch - all caught on camera.
